Good hotel located in the centre of Inverness. Room was fine, with a good bathroom and bed. People at the desk were friendly - although too busy for a short chat. It does not have its own parking, so you must find a convenient (paid) parking space in the city, which is okay.

Hotellet ligger i et dejligt område med masser af restauranter, barer og tæt på River Ness området, hvor vi gik en lang tur på vores 1. dag i Inverness. Der er meget parfumeret i ankomst- og receptionsområdet. Det føles sikkert, at man som gæst skal bruge nøglekortet, for at kunne komme til etagerne med værelserne. Værelset skuffede os, pga den kedelige intetsigende stil. Der så rent ud, men ved nærmere eftersyn, fandt vi tomme dåser bag sengebord og gardin samt støv forskellige steder. Det ene badehåndklæde var desuden helt iturevet, og ved housekeeping blev brugte kopper ikke skiftet eller kaffe fyldt op. Vi var glade for, at der var safetyboks og køleskab.

Staff were exceptional! So accommodating and helpful with reservations for dinner. Very good breakfast buffet.

Central hotel with limited parking possibilities. Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast. Seagulls will entertain you.

Nice hotel in a great location. The customer service received was exceptional from check in to check out. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had and to make our stay comfortable.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our stay

Booked for family reasons. Room was extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t have any reservations in rebooking. Trip was family oriented but the hotel made the trip relaxing and stress free.

Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Room very spacious. Well appointed bathroom with lovely clean shower. Breakfast good but not much space so got crowded.

Better than expected great staff grat location

Inverness is a beautiful town. This hotel was city center, so all of the shopping, dining and attractions were in walking distance. We appreciated the pay parking right in back of the hotel so we did not have to haul our luggage through the rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, in a central location in Inverness close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was quiet and very comfortable so we got a great nights sleep. Air conditioning a bonus on one of the hottest days of the year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, even on a gluten free diet I found plenty to eat safely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again.

Fint hotell, men de hadde ikke plass til meg under frokosten og jeg ble bedt om å spise på hotellrommet. Det syns jeg var uproft. Dessuten var det nokså utplukket i frokostbuffeen. Forventet mer av et hotell til den prisen.

Fantastic trip away, room was so modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows were just perfect, the decor was very relaxing. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely.
