Very dated hotel, no parking and road works meant a long walk around to a side entrance fit for dwarfs, shower was hopelessly inadequate, food was terrible and trying to find the room was a mission, plenty of better cheaper options around.

Absolutely filthy haven't styarf anywhere as bad in a long time.

We enjoyed our stay in The hotel . It is centrally located to all excursion places within couple hours drive. Town of Perth is beautiful with shopping and dining options Hotels. Breakfast and lunch was amazing Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable

Bed was fine and room bright. Only had light breakfasts but they were what I required.

Habitación bastante antigua, moqueta antigua y suena mucho el suelo, incluyendo los de la habitación de encima. Cañerías antiguas, que sonaban de repente en nuestro WC cuando estábamos durmiendo. La habitación es amplia la verdad, y cumplieron con lo contratado. Hay bañera y ducha y dan bastante servicios. Las camas bastante bien.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. Was waiting for an early morning taxi and was offered coffee. Lovely hotel for the price and close to the everything.

Can fault the service from the staff but the hotel could do with some decoration

Lovely historic hotel in Perth. Friendly and incredibly attentive staff. Lovely breakfast. This is an old historic building and has many winding passageways which adds to its charm. Overall a great location and would happily stay again.

OK for one night. Accss with car ios difficult at the moment as South Street isinterrupted due to ongoing road works.

Basic, good location pretty old propert

Helpful lady on reception, checked us in early, plenty of teas and coffees in the room and toiletries, comfy beds, spacious room, great location for access to the river walk and into the town

Very quaint hotel - lots of history. Bit like a rabbit warren inside so finding the room itself took patience :-) Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Adam Restaurant is a superb room with high curved ceilings and decorative plasterwork. Signage to the rooms and stairs could be better, and the bathroom was a bit tired but clean and functional. The multi storey car park is ony a 5 minute walk away. Hotle ideally situated near the Perth Museum, the cafe quarter and the shopping area with the River Tay only 100 yards walk.

Good room,excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff. Our only problem was the very creaky floor above us. Not a lot of sleep last night as the person one floor up was walking about a lot during the night. We had a very disturbed night
