老闆都係香港人，very nice 又好傾，服務貼心周到。小旅館原本是文物建築，古典雅致。旅館雖然無電梯，但老闆見女人仔都會幫忙搬行李。還有值得一讚是這裡的早餐服務，頭盆半自助，主菜是點餐即製，好有溫度的早餐！有朋友來的話，我絕對會推薦住這裡。Warm and happy accommodation experience here! Absolutely recommend.

There’s supermarket,restaurant and bar nearby,really convenient! Traditional Scottish breakfast is delicious!

Walking to train station about 20-25 mins, it’s also have bus stop just walk around 5 mins. house is clean and host is nice!

It's a great location - tons of restaurants and bars nearby, lots of buses to get around the city or a short 20 min walk from the city center. Very safe. The shower had good water pressure and the hotel and surrounding area were quiet. The room was clean. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the room needs a fan as theres no AC, and a few shelves and a box of tissues would go a long way. We were also supposed to be able to check in at 2 pm but the room wasnt ready until 3 pm (and only then because we were getting impatient). They will hold your bags while you wait. This place would be fine for a night or two, but not very comfortable for 5 nights.

We stayed at this Guesthouse on 2 separate nights. We were able to check in early and staff were very polite and considerate. Beautiful old property just needs a little refresh.

Good: handy location, spacious room and spotlessly clean. Staff member I saw was very friendly and helpful Bad: slightly shabby decor in places. Also expensive but that seems to be the norm for Edinburgh - definitely pricier than previous visits to the city.

We only stayed one night in a small double room at this property, but the room was quite adequate and the bathroom was especially wonderful--great shower, good lighting, recently remodeled. It is also located in a nice neighborhood, with several good restaurants and coffee shops close-by, and a reasonable walk (about a mile) to the Royal Mile.

This reresents excellent valuw. Rooms was very clean, all the facilities you would need. No need to pay double the price for something probably not as good. Will definitely book again next time I visit Edinburgh.

Useful location but on arrival no one there and had to call to get access. Not very welcoming. High degree of utility. Nice artworks. Didn’t see any staff at all when I left so went on my way leaving the key as indicated in a glass jar

Locatie ligt net buiten het drukke centrum, 25 minuutjes lopen of met de bus (meerdere busverbindingen). Ideale locatie

Comfortable room, but we had a room at the front of the building and lots of traffic noise.

Affordable, easy walk to city centre, great restaurants nearby.

Lovely comfortable, spacious room. Lots of really great coffee spots nearby and some amazing food options without the tourist tax of the city centre. I will definitely stay again next time we're up.

Clean comfortable spacious guest house in a lovely area, within walking distance of Arthur's Seat and the University

A very convenient place close to the attractions. The place needs a bit of renovation but is located in a good area. Can use some comfortable mattresses as the current ones are not good and the bathroom fan was too loud.
