Parking was a bit of a problem at first, but then we ended up with a really good spot right beside the building.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff and amazing food at the restaurant. The rooms are unique albeit slightly quirky but always high quality and comfortable. A real gem ....

It is a great hotel and the staff and support was great.the food lovely but remember to book in advance for evening meal.

Great stay as always, lovely modern, comfortable rooms. Complementary water, sky tv so can log into your Netflix, YouTube or I-Player. Breakfast is great. Overall great rooms in a great location with great staff and a great restaurant.

Great location, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

This lodging was a great surprise for us. The appartements are located behind the facade of the Waterfront restaurent in an alley. Everything was very clean, renovated with a friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Clean, high quality and great food

De ligging is zeer goed, vlak in het centrum van Anstruther. De kamer zelf was ruim & proper. Maar de muren, plafonds en ramen waren enorm dun! De mensen boven ons maakten enorm veel lawaai ‘s nachts, we konden elke voetstap horen. Daarnaast waren er mensen tegen de deur van de inkom aan het slaan, wat weergalmde in de gang. Laat ons zeggen dat we geen goede nachtrust gehad hebben. Het ontbijt was wel dik in orde!

Het personeel is kundig en vriendelijk/ hartelijk. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Ligging is fantastisch.

Parking is a major issue

Booked a double and was told just before arrival only 2 singles were available. Otherwise nice area and staff were superb.

Good little single room. Comfortable. Would have enjoy an easy chair. Excellent area. Good staff. Great breakfast, even if there were no kippers this morning!

The friendly staff and the exceptional food

It was excellent and the food was exceptional all staff friendly and the room was spotless and great area

Very noisy in the old building in the back. While rooms have been updated nicely, the insulation in the walls and ceiling certainly was not. Whenever anyone walks around, the building creaks and groans like an old schooner in a storm. You can hear conversations and TVs in the adjacent rooms and above. We were treated to the BBC news until 1:30am and it started again at 6am. Breakfast was good as most reviews say. Otherwise, I am very surprised that more reviews don’t mention how noisy it is. Good from far, far from good.

Service excellent and food was brilliant. Ate in hotel both nights, plenty of choice and great value
