Boy oh boy where do I start? Mama Shelter Belgrade is a swanky, ultra modern, vibrant hotel. It's located inside a massive shopping center and yet offers privacy when necessary. This is another optimally located hotel that is across from Belgrade Fortress (Park). The staff was awesome - Alexander was exceptional -. The are surrounding the hotel is also very safe and perfect if you prefer to gradually discover the city. It's a must stay again for me and the entertainment (live band)was a welcomed surprise too. This was my fourth stay. As always, the staff, especially Aleksander and Nikola, was very friendly and entirely professional. There were no issues with which to deal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite.

Weird location in mall with odd elevators set up. Pain in the butt getting in and out and taxis. Heat constantly ran sweating. Wanted air. They stated not possible. They cater to restaurant crowd over hotel guests. Needed water and food stated id have to come down to order it as they were busy. Would not recommend this place.

Konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde belgraddaki tüm turistik bölgelere buradan otobüs ile maksinum 20 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz kalemagdan ile komsu orada tarihi kaleleri ve yapıları görebilirsiniz tek problem otele alışveriş merkezinin içerisindrn cıkmanız 4yıldızlı otele göre kahvaltı da biraz yetersizdi odaları abartıdan uzak ideal durumda

Merhaba. Otel konum olarak kısa süreli bir Belgrad seyahati için mükemmel konumda. Otele alışveriş merkezinden ulaşmak eğer asansörler doluysa biraz zaman alıyor. personel karşılamada ilgili ancak daha sonra sizinle kimse ilgilenmiyor oda servisinden su istedim gelip bardan kendiniz alın getirecek kimse yok dedi. Odalar temiz ancak nasıl malzemeler kullanıyorlarsa oda 1990 lardaki hastaneler gibi kokuyor ve 3 gün boyunca gitmedi.
