Everything is good, but the beach is not good as Praslin Island.

I seldom write comments after visit unless the experience was either too good or too bad. This time, the latter. 1. Found lizard in the room 2. No complete replenishment of every daily item (first day is water, second and fifth day is cotton buds, sixth day is beach towel, third and fifth day is showing gel) 3. Food at the Crossole restaurant is under average (bulky yet without quality) 4. Poor attitude of restaurant staff and receptionist as they tend to focus on the Westerners and are unwilling to take comments (just keep nodding their heads without listening) 5. No accessibility to Wifi except own room and the main reception (poor connection even in room so that I had to switch the router on and off again and again) 6. Full board does not include drinks which is misleading so need to be charged even for s bottle of water (if drinks are excluded, and Hotels.com makes this known clearly to us, I won't consider this hotel at all) 7. Location in the middle of nowhere. Except the beaches (actually only the North Beach is nice, the one on the south coast was too shallow and with granules / pebbles) 8. Poor connection between the North and South Beach, as boggies do not have fixed schedule of departure and are likely to skip remote part of the hotel (say at far end) unless they have to drop guests off there. In general, won't stay there again and I could say this hotel is far below average taking into account the level of price that I paid for the room

非常美的地方，也有特色，环境布置合理，一键式服务狠贴心方便，管家服务有中文，非常有用方便。 入住送了蜜月礼物，起泡酒、点心和沙滩包。非常贴心。 南部海滩虽然不适合游泳，但每天退潮时可以走到对岸小岛也是非常开心的景观和体验！北部海滩非常美丽安静，也很喜欢！ 唯一美中不足的是地处偏僻，还好有租车去哪里都可以，预定的半餐真是狠明智和最经济的选择。

Nice big hotel with many swimming pools, acceptable food and price, a bit disappointed on the breakfast, frontdesk manager quick turnaround on solving issues

果然是国际五星，非常赞，尤其是当地餐，很好。只是南北两个海滩，可能是潮汐问题，海水不通透，不适合浮潜，但是，南区退潮时可以走到小岛上去，那里可以浮潜。另外，这个酒店很大，非常适合在酒店里发呆、徒步、游玩。另外，北区大门口是公交总站，出北区门右拐不足20米，有个当地小超市，很平价，包括方便面、啤酒之类都有。而且北门外还有个快餐车，汉堡、TAKEAWAY之类均可。

All was good

The food was good, an amazing breakfast buffet with so much variation. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is so big, so we just stayed there for 4days. The only bad thing was that the restaurants were booked, so we had to eat at the buffet. But the food there were all so good

Jättefint hotell, vackra stränder, bra snorkling från stranden, säkert, bra mat och trevlig personal.

Tolles Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Strände und immer platz auf den Liegen!

Het was allemaal zo proper. Tuin, zwembad…

Sehr schönes Resort, trotz des Fokus auf Luxus ist das Hotel sehr Nachhaltig (geführte Sustainability-Tour durch das riesige Resort (120 ha) Am privaten Hotelstrand kann man direkt Schnorcheln oder z.B einen Heli-Rundflug starten. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Langer Sandstrand, an dem man fast immer nahezu alleine ist.

This place sets a high bar. It’s a paradise! We truly enjoyed every moment of being there. Also had one of the best snorkels. This hotel is a must if you travel to Mahe at least for a few nights.

2 petits déjeuners à variétés mais sans plus. Accueil pour un Check-in moyen aucune visite des lieux pour un hôtels très grands difficile de s’y retrouver. Vélo volé à la plage aucune solution sur le moment même mais pas facturé.

Einfach TOP

Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel. Die Exklusivität leidet leider daran. Vor allem in den Restaurants ist es zu hektisch und man ist eine Person unter vielen. Es war auch schwer eine Reservieren für die Restaurants zu erhalten.
