There amenities are really disappointing. No tv signal for the whole resort. The toilet flush is spoilt.

no hot water. far from singapore expo

the place need to be revamp or change of bedsheet/utensil/atmosphere. all simply look old wiv tat kind of chrges we can get a better 4star hotels

Tidak bisa nonton TV, kamar tidak pernah di bersihin. Menginap 3 hari dengan selimut yang sama, sabun mandi tidak ada, untuk pelayanannya oke. Baik dan ramah tapi kecewa aturannya tidak di pakai oleh pihak hotel. Ada jam tertentu untuk tidak berisik. Tapi tetap berisik hingga jam 2 pagi. bagi yang punya bayi keganggu. Seperti saya liburan bawa anak umur 22 bulan!

The uniy s a wonderful spot for family and ftiends gayhering.However, there is room for improvement in cleanliness.

Kalau untuk weekend bersama keluarga cocok, tapi tidak untuk yang lagi traveling. Bangunan biasa.

While checking-in they demand down payment for incidentals as Cash only and it should be $100 minimum. if you use Credit card, they will impose 2.5%. The staff will not guide you on anything to your room as the rooms are spread like Chalet widely with many block numbers. you need to find yourself.

So very f***ing dirty in room.

ห้องไม่ได้ดีอย่างที่ภาพแสดง​ แต่ไม่สำคัญเท่า บริเวณรอบๆเกือบทุกห้องส่งเสียงดังมากๆ ปาตี้กันตีสองตีสามไม่เลิก นอนไม่ได้ พลาดอย่างแรง ห้องน้ำเก่าไม่เหมาะกับพักแบบนักท่องเที่ยว ส่วนมากเป็นพื้นที่มาพักและปาตี้มากกว่า

Sabun mandi dan shampoo tidak ada, lalu tidak ada WiFi di kamar padahal di brosur ada tertera WiFi dan few garden.

Good dan recommend banget pokoknya, buat liburan keluarga tepat banget hotel, coz dekat laut.

Mr Bagawan was very helpful in highlighting the facilities and the difference types of accommodation. Such a service orientated gesture was an example value to both guest as well as the team. Mr Chai and Ms Mei (apologies for the name) at reception were very detailed, warm and friendly. They have this GEMS dna which made both my check-in and check-out seamless. On whole staff were friendly and so happy that at least one staff member was seen at the pool area to monitor. Keep up the good working team! Will definitely come back!

My family had one night at CherryLoft Resorts due to we missed fly, the resort is near the Changi Airport but far from city center. If you visit Singapore with tourist purpose, this location seems not suitable, just suitable for you holding before going to airport or just suitable for local people for weekend relax. The resort is inside the beautiful village with plenty village and luxury apartment, back side of resort with green park and you could see the sea also. A bit difficult with driver to find the address, even local driver, please taking care when you go from it gate, it is on the left side! Resort is beautiful with big swimming pool, peaceful and colorful decoration, you could feel quite relax when you have chance to experience there. The room is so so! Staff friendly and service was quite good!

Resort too rundown and mini stores stuffs are over priced.

Good place for all gathering.
