Stayed for a night for my surgery the next day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They saw me stranded at the main gate, not knowing how to get the codes, and came down and personally escorted me to my room and helped with the registration of the guest. Shout out to Shannen and Yani!

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda! The check-in process was smooth thanks to Yani’s great assistance. The room was clean, cozy, and an interesting place to stay for a few days. Just a small note — the stairs inside the room are quite steep, so it might not be very child-friendly. Other than that, we were truly impressed by the warm and friendly service from Mary and Shannen. You all did an amazing job — top-notch hospitality! 👏👏
