This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

Hotel ini: 1. Lobby Hotel Hilton harus naik ke lift, naik lantai 5. 2. Resepsionis yang galak, tidak ada senyum, salah melakukan kesalahan karena booking kamar hotel di bandara, saya mencoba menjelaskan, malah nyerocos terus, pelayanan resepsionis sangat buruk. 3. Saya bayar dua malam -+ 15 jutaan, ga worth it banget ampun. 4. Makanannya memang banyak macam, ga ada yang enak,. 5. Air minum di kamar pakai botol kaca yang di-refill harusnya, kenapa tidak menyediakan botol minuman plastik, ga berapa duit juga. 6. Design-nya serba gelap, semuanya warna hitam, 7. Ukuran bintang 5 dari staff diperbaikin dulu pelayananannya, kalau memang salah pesan kamar, dengerin dulu, kalau memang harus banyar, gpp kok, saya juga sudah keluar 15 juta, tambah biaya ga masalah, tapi dengan senyum menjelaskan, saya bisa bayar, bukan suara tinggi menjelaskan, kita bukan anak kecil yang dimarahin.
