Hotel 81 Elegance

A bit far from MRT Station, walking 10 minutes to MRT Farrer Park and around 8 minutes to MRT Bendemeer. The service is good, the room is cleaned daily.

Sangat ketat dan ribet masuk ke sini, bantalnya tipis banget serta aroma kamar seperti sudah lama tidak dihuni... Jarak jauh ke MRT...

Kamar kotor, kamar mandi kotor, banyak serannga seperti lalat. AC tidak bisa di setel tempraturnya

I am so happy with the service that was delivered by the staff, so warm and hospitable.

Ada kecoak di dalam kamar. Kami perlu telepon berkali-kali, menunggu staf ke kamar cukup lama, kecoaknya keburu kabur entah ke mana. Saat staf datang, tanya kecoaknya di mana, ya tentu kami juga tidak tahu. Kelamaan eksekusi, kecoaknya juga bisa bergerak. Solusi pihak hotel: semprot baygon di kamar. Kamar tanpa jendela. Malam itu kami harus tidur sambil menghirup bau baygon. Benar-benar pengalaman kurang. Hotel memperbolehkan titip koper, dikasih bag tag dari hotel yang kami harus tukarkan bila mau ambil kembali barang kami.

The room was OK. Location is great because it’s close to Bendemeer MRT Station. The surrounding was okay. There’s a close by 7-11 right on the corner. The room has no window which made it quite humid if the AC is not on.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Its location is near MRT bendemeer and Mustafa Center. The room is not spacious but clean.

Lokasi cukup strategis, dekat dengan stasiun mrt lavender, dan dekat dengan Bus Stop, sehingga akses gampang kemana-mana. Area Balkon cukup luas, jadi enak buat ngopi pagi-pagi dan tidak berasa sumpek.

Location is very close to a food court. Hotel is only 5 min walk to Bendemeer MRT station. TV in our room does not work. AC is cold. Bathroom is clean. Wi-Fi is great. Staff are nice. They have water keetle. Would prefer a room with a window. Thank you!

The hotel room and bed smelled musty. Lots of little cockroach around.

After I check in this hotel, Captain told me that our room no windows. If I want window, I need to pay extra Singapore Dollar $10. I feel that I was cheated by app website. As The "main title" of this room in your website didn't written "No Window", but the other room in the same hotel 81 elegance in Singapore, did mentioned "No Window". I over seen the little declaration in the sub page. You are Fired.

I have booked at this hotel but was not given a room

Everything is just good. The room size and facilities are just OK for this cost in Singapore. What I concerned is the room cleanness need improvement, especially for no window room, once the floor gets wet, it will feel always wet for a long time due to no circulation for the water to escape or precipitate. The location is excellent for food, laundry, and public transportation.

I strongly believe the concierge side need to improve on the guests etiquette. Location great, rm and hotel facilities average.

The location is quite close to the MRT and places to eat. The staff are all unfriendly, there is no smile or friendliness. The pillows are very ugly and flat. The air conditioner is very cold and cannot be turned down. The bathroom smells of iron.
