The room was spacious and clean, the bed was excellent, the toilet was big enough and comfortable, the front desk even allow us to late check out due to our flight delayed. Will definitely come again for our next visit to Singapore, good job Ibis Bencoolen!!!

Our stay at Ibis Bencoolen was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The check-in process was also very smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for tourists looking for a nice hotel in the Bencoolen and Bugis area. One of the highlights was the convenience—there's a 7-Eleven on-site, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials. The hotel is also well-connected, with Rochor MRT station nearby and two bus stops right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the tap water is drinkable, and the hot water runs smoothly, making it perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience!

We came walk-in at night with many luggages and Mr. Aruna, the receptionist at the front desk, was very helpful! We stayed for 3 days. Thank you!

我喜歡住在這裡，因為地理位置優越，靠近武吉士和梧槽地鐵站。我兒子也很高興，因為飯店旁邊就是Sevel便利商店，他可以在那裡買到他最喜歡的零食和飲料。

飯店位置離羅卓地鐵站不遠，步行即可輕鬆抵達。房間不大，但很乾淨。房間裡有無線網路和飲用水供應。價格也相當合理。我的房間面向主幹道，門前就有一個公車站。飯店旁邊就有7-Eleven便利商店。辦理入住時，飯店要求支付至少100新元的押金。押金是透過信用卡扣除的，而不是直接扣款。退房時，飯店告知我退款將在退房後兩週內到帳。如果押金確實被扣款了，這一點就更惱人了。

工作人員告訴我們下午2點可以入住，但那時已經很晚了。我2點到了飯店，他們說還需要20分鐘，所以我請他們準備好後通知我。 30分鐘後我再次來到前台，他們說還需要更多時間，所以我又等了一會兒。一個小時後，我不得不親自去前台詢問進度，他們才把房間鑰匙給了我。我們對飯店沒有及時處理我們的入住申請感到失望，而且我們還需要不斷地催促進度。

Strategisnya itu yang paten, untuk ke Bugis, National Library dan lain-lain. Plus, di sebelahnya ada convenient store 24 jam. Hotelnya bersih banget.

It's newly renovated and has good access to anywhere, near to Bugis and Albert Hawker Centre. Near the bus stop and not too far from the MRT.

Enaknya dekat ke mana-mana, Bugis MRT, Sim Lim. Ah, pokoknya dekat ke ABC Bugis, dekat pol, tapi kamarnya kecil banget. Saran aja kalau mau menginap sini, kopernya harus kecil-kecil. Kalau bawa yang 24 ke atas susah ngebukanya, sesempit itu, dan gak ada bidet. Staff-nya ramah banget... terus tiap hari kamarnya dibersihin ❤️❤️ Thanks
