Very friendly counter staff, always attentive to our needs. Sadly currently no facilities are available except the social Kitchen space. The room is small but cozy. Relatively clean and functional

Love the hotel, there's a shared kitchen where you can cook and there's also a shared dining area right outside. There's a lot of vending machine that is conveniently located outside at the common area and the entire theme of the hotel is very homely. Most importantly, the price of the room is super affordable and the rooms as super clean! Love love love it! :)

Highly recommended! Service was wonderful with friendly employees helping us from the start to the end with sunshine and smile :) Location is wonderful as it is just above a mall which makes it convenient to go for meals or to get snacks and drinks! It is a co-living space so things like microwave and clothes iron are in the shared area if you need them but most essential appliances like hairdryer and electric kettle are available in the room!

The stay was highly satisfied. The service was great. Lobby and sharing spaces here are really great as there are multiple activities for visitors to try. The hotel was located on the 4th floor of the mall so it is very convenient to grab something or have some meals inside the mall.

飯店位於商場上方, 地處鬧區, 不論飲食或是交通都很方便. 櫃檯服務人員服務請切, 入住流程順暢, 房間舒適乾淨, 空間足夠, 有提供簡單的餐具及客客廳空間, 很適合一群朋友或一家人入住. 入住過程中雖然發生空調漏水的情形, 但櫃檯經理積極協助處理及關心, 在無法修復的狀況下幫我們更換房間, 很在意顧客的感受及安全, 總體而言仍然有很好的入住體驗☺️

非常謝謝櫃檯人員的親切服務。房間內部非常整齊，格局很不錯，只可惜一進去房間有點潮濕的味道，大概10分鐘後才散掉，另外就是沖澡的地方沒有地方可以放置大浴巾，有點可惜。但整體而言還是很不錯，再加上地段非常方便，值得推薦。

It’s a very affordable place considering the location is located in city centre. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Additional towels and hangers were provided to me upon request. However there are some drawbacks. I don’t like the toilet is not separated to wet and dry zones. Every time I take a shower, the toilet area becomes wet. Also there are no TVs in the room, although I brought my own projector, the WiFi is not strong enough for streaming. Lastly, there was a false alarm during Sunday midnight (seems it happens frequently as I read the same experience from other website). I will need to think twice to consider re-visiting the hotel.

Super convenient location with underground passage to MRT station. 6 floors of mall with many good restaurants and cafes below the hotel, also featuring a supermarket and electronic shops. Rooms are tidy and clean, but with limited amenities. No TV is provided and housekeeping is only once every 3 days. Gym is tiny and no pool. It's good choice for traveller spending lots of time sightseeing as it's conveniently located, but not suitable for traveller hoping to enjoy the hotel.
