Không tự checkin được vì bắt buộc điền "Last name" không khớp với thông tin đã đăng ký (app tự động bắt last name khác với thông tin trên passport). Do đó trải nghiệm tự checkin qua app thất bại, phải đến tận nơi. Tuy nhiên mọi thứ khác đều ổn, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ checkin, phòng ốc sạch sẽ (trong phòng không có nước đóng chai).
