Irene (reception area) is very much accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The location is also excellent and very near to Singapura (one of the biggest malls) and major train station.

It has so many rooms, the room is big and spacious and has full facilities, the cleanliness is great, the view is good, very comfortable, full AC, also the service are excellent!! It's a great place to stay and enjoy the holiday/activity in Singapore 😊 Definitely go there again! Thank you Fort Canning Lodge 😊

Physical ID such as IC or passport is required for hotel check-in under the National Registration Act. Digital IC will not be accepted upon check-in
According to the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, in effect from 1 February 2022, only guests who are fully vaccinated may be allowed to enter our premise
Hotel does not accept guest under ART positive for self-isolation, waiting for PCR result and Health Risk Warning for self-isolation
A refundable deposit of SGD 100 will be collected upon check-in by cash or credit card.
In the event if cleaning and disinfectant is required for room, the cost will be borne by guest.
Please be informed that YWCA Fort Canning is upgrading the passenger lifts for the convenience and comfort of all our guests. The upgrading works will be staggered beginning with the first lift on 14 December 2021. During this period, we seek your kind understanding and patience with the closure of the respective passenger lift. All the lifts are expected to be upgraded and ready by mid Nov 2022. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further queries about the upgrading work.

這是我第三次入住YWCA福康寧飯店了。房間依然寬敞乾淨，價格也比其他飯店合理。地理位置絕佳，靠近多美歌地鐵站轉乘站，周圍環境安靜，可以睡個好覺。而且離被過度吹捧的福康寧隧道也很近。可能不足之處是餐飲選擇不多，但飯店附近就是獅城廣場，所以這也不是什麼問題。

地理位置優越，搭乘巴士、地鐵或計程車都很方便。環境舒適安靜，距離福康寧公園及其隧道非常近。房間乾淨整潔，雖然裝潢風格簡約，但空間相當寬敞，衛浴還配備了坐浴盆。飯店員工熱情友善。強烈推薦，入住體驗非常棒！ ❤️

Everything goes well until they said my breakfast was only for 1 person. Lucky me that I printed the voucher to show them when I checked in. The same problem came when breakfast time, they triple checked with the reception. The next day the same problem came but the F&B manager (I think) had seen me the day before so it took only a minute. Other than that, everything was good. My Singapore friend said I chose the right place to stay.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms are quite spacious, with large windows and a large mirror. The most exciting thing here is the bidet. Unfortunately, slippers are not provided, and there is only 1 trash can. There is a luggage storage area. Not too many breakfast choices, but they are delicious, especially the dim sum. Suggestions: The lobby should be scented. Near the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven. Strategic location, 200m walk to Dhoby Ghaut, near Fort Canning Tree Tunnel.

I love this hotel. Will come back stay here again. The room for 3 beds are big size, clean, cool, have no problem with the room. Bathroom has no problem. The buffet is okay, although my son looking for bacon but no pork and it ' s okay for him. Have a nice swimming pool. The staffs are nice, good and helpful. Location close by MRT and busway, close to orchard.

The room spacious and comfortable. It's near the MRT and bus stop. Also just across the fort canning park. The refrigerator got leaked, but the staff really helpful about it. They also have self laundry room and snack room where you can make your ramen there.

Kamarnya rapi, cuma memang sudah tua banget ya. Lokasinya rada jauh dari MRT, staff reception yang laki agak tua dan pake baju putih rada jutek dan bossy tapi overall bagus deh 👍🏼.

Ok lah. Lokasi juga dekat dengan stasiun MRT (jalur merah) jadi mudah untuk ke pusat keramaian. Hotel lama tapi bersih. Ada beberapa yang perlu menjadi perhatian: air hangatnya cukup memerlukan waktu untuk bisa mandi air panas dan AC sepertinya tidak ada alat kontrolnya sehingga pengaturannya tidak bisa disesuaikan.

1) เนื่องจากโรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา การเดินทางสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้ Wheel Chair จากโรงแรมไป MRT Station หรือ Bus Station ทำได้ด้วยความยากลำบาก เพราะถนนไม่เรียบ (ขรุขระ) และต้องเข็นขึ้น/ลงเนินที่มีความชันพอสมควรทั้งขาไปและขากลับ แต่หากผู้เข้าพัก มิใช่ผู้สูงวัย โรงแรมนี้ถือว่าสะดวกมาก เพราะห่างจากสถานี MRT เพียง 700 เมตร ราคาถูก ห้องพักกว้าง มีอ่างอาบน้ำ 2) เนื่องจากเดินทางไปเป็นกลุ่ม ใช้บริการห้องพัก 2 ห้อง (ห้องพักอยู่คนละชั้น) พบความแตกต่างในการทำความสะอาดของแม่บ้าน (เฉพาะ Bed Setting) ว่า ชั้น 11 ปูที่นอนให้ใหม่เลยทุกวัน ส่วนชั้น 12 แค่ปัดที่นอนและพับผ้าห่มวางให้บนเตียงเท่านั้น จึงตั้งคำถามกับมาตรฐานห้องพัก

My family stay at family type room. At the second night, we just get into the hotel from Sentosa island, and we found there is leak from the central AC, and the water are all over the floor...because of the technician can't fix the problem, the manager immediately offering us to stay at another room, but smaller one with extra bed, and as the compensation we got free breakfast for 3 people along the stay, and free late check out at the last day until 6pm....we are really appreciate on how they manage the problem and thinking from customer side...thank you very much YWCA fort canning...
