Female staff was extremely rude and condescending and would stare especially at my wife in a manner to suggest disgust.

The staff was great and the food was delicious!!

The staff was amazing, Dalia in the restaurant was so friendly, and can make the best lattes! This property is a hidden gem, with breathtaking views of the ocean, and mountains. This stay was a much needed getaway, and I can’t wait to return.

Friendly staff

Everything was very nice. The free breakfast was very limited- contintental breakfast. The hotel shuttle was a local taxi & cost $35. We needed an accommodation for our big anniv. celebration but nobody seemed to help us nor provide for us, which was a bottle of cider instead of alcohol. That was supposed to be gà

The infinity restaurant food was bland and they were not friendly. The veranda restaurant food was great and staff was super friendly.

The property was nice and clean. Unfortunately the front desk staff failed to inform us that the room we booked 6 months prior to our visit was” Sold out”. When we arrived we were told we got a “ complimentary upgrade” which wasn’t in fact an upgrade. We receive a one bedroom and studio connected room rather than the courtyard loft. The studio room started leaking from the ceiling and the floors were soaked. The staff popped the water bubble on the ceiling and put down towels to keep the floor dry. We also were locked out of our room during the tropical storm and we weren’t given a time estimate on when it would be fixed. We were not compensated for any of our convenience and the front desk staff didn’t seem to have any urgency with our concerns. The staff in the veranda bistro were so nice, friendly courteous and made the unpleasant stay more Pleasant. The house attendants were great, the food was amazing drinks were amazing overall the stay was ok but I would not return to this resort.

The stay was AMAZONG! This place is above and beyond. We had a minor hiccup with a manger but otherwise. 5 stars. Would definitely go back

The property was ok breakfast was good but no housekeeping staff visited my room from my check in to my check out same toilets and washcloths for 3 days

Our stay was simply a delight. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was especially comfy. The balcony was right above the water with an amazing view. The Veranda restaurant was the prefect spot for breakfast… the croissants were delicious. The staff at the Veranda were pleasant and helpful. The resort was well kept, although some parts by the pool were well worn.

First of all reviews are subjective! In my opinion….. Overall the resort is ok all around…. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed and not the best! location is away from EVERYTHING (20Mins from anything in STM is FAR). The staff is mostly black women with zero personality and I’m black! That alone will make me never go there again!

Needs more food options, and updates to the property.

Parking not much parking and very tight spaces

It’s a very nice quiet resort there’s not much to do there’s not much transportation and it’s 20 minutes from the busier city life for restaurants and so forth. Also there is no beach there that you can go in
