Charming & Cozy Ambiente Apartments

The location and staff are very nice. Especially the staff they know the apartment well. As the apartments are cozy space with IKEA deco. It would be good for visiting the old town. Not recommend if you are easy effected with noise for sleep. I have changed 2 rooms, the building itself feels like it's not originally for apartment, so the wall is thin, you can hear next door or people talk and walk by stairs if they raise their voice a bit higher.

The apartment is clean and spacous for 2, with restaurants and supermarket nearby. With walking distance can reach transportation like tram. Facilities inside fit me for cooking.

我們入住的是一房的公寓 ，有附廚房（除了油、鹽等佐料沒有，其他設備一應俱全），浴室（沒有浴缸但有洗衣機、洗衣粉），房間有移動式冷氣。地點超方便，步行即可前往城堡、舊城區、總統府。而且有電梯，提早離開也有自助退房信箱。下次再去布拉第斯拉瓦，會在住這裡！

Great Location, great Appartment, which has really everything you need. Surrounded with restaurants and supermarkets. Have really nothing to complaint about it.

Really feel like a home, very comfortable. The apartment is very new and decorated very warm that just like a home, with a big open kitchen with full equipment you need, you can enjoy cooking here!

The hotel is walking distance to Bratislava's old town. Restaurants and supermarket are also within 5-10 minute walk. The front desk staff was helpful and offered lots of suggestions to us. Room was also spacious and clean. The only issue was AC in the living room didnt work... other than that it was a five star experience!

Big apartment, facilities are good. You can enjoy your time here.

This was not actually a hotel but an apartment in a residential building. We booked through Hotels.com expecting a hotel room and were surprised to discover otherwise upon arrival. If we had wanted to rent an apartment, we would have used an apartment rental platform. We chose Hotels.com because we expected the convenience and service of a hotel, but instead faced a self-check-in process and unexpected requirements. Although Hotels.com advises guests not to make payments outside its platform, we were asked to pay a €xxx security deposit. This was confusing and not what we expected. It was also not clearly communicated that online check-in was mandatory, and we only found this out after arriving. After completing the online check-in, we found that the key box was empty. Fortunately, a staff member happened to arrive and gave us the key. Otherwise, we are not sure how we would have accessed the apartment. After that, we did not see or hear from any staff members for the remainder of our stay. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the arrival and check-in experience was unnecessarily complicated, stressful, and far below what we expected when booking through a hotel platform. This distinction should be made much clearer during the booking process so that guests know exactly what they are paying for and can make an informed decision.

Great location, although some things would be good to get improved; the first impression when getting in is not very appealing (navigation and cleaning, upgrading the key system).

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and easily accessible by car. However, the bedroom in the apartment we booked was quite small, with only a few centimeters between the bed and the wall, making it difficult to access the other side of the bed. This was not clearly reflected in the pictures. In addition, the shower base was rather small. Nevertheless, the stay was good overall.

The apartment was ideally situated for old town attractions. It was close to supermarkets, cafes and numerous restaurants. It was well equipped and maintained to a good standard. It was also very quiet.

Great apartment. Very comfortable and a short walk to the Old Town

I could not have found a better place to stay in Bratislava. Check in was easy, the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities anyone would need, and everything worked great. The location was perfect... 5 minute walk to old town, and lots of eating and shopping options. I cant say enougb about C+C Apartments. Ill definitely stay again.

1. 무인체크인부터 엉망 2. 청구관련 메일은 멀쩡히 잘 오는데, 막상 무인체크인방법은 스팸메일처리. 3. 전화연결 안됨, 이억만리 타지에서 멘탈 나감. 4. 한국으로 전화, 국제통화료 엄청 써며 돌아 돌아 간신히 연결되어, 왜 전화 안받냐고 항의하니 당당한 목소리로 근무시간 아니라..(자기 근무시간에 체크인하라는 당당한 말투) 5. 천신만고 끝에 입실 성공 6. 투숙 1일차 갑자기 인터넷 안됨. 한참 있다 다시 연결됨. 7. 투숙 2일차 TV셑톱박스 저녁에 갑자기 나감, 익일 재차 국제전화해서 문의하니 인터넷은 시스템문제로 어쩔 수 없고, TV도 시스템 불안정(이건 확인도 안한 것 같음. 시스템 문제가 아니고 셑톱박스과열로 전원이 완전히 나갔는 데 시스템 운운, 현황 설명 후 항의하니 재차 알아 보겠다더니 전화 안옴, 이후 2일간 TV시청 포기) 8. 대로변이라 매연, 차량소음 심함. 9. 이런 (아파트먼트)호텔은 처음 10. 특히 헬프데스크직원의 대응은 심하다 못해 상전 노릇. 11. 후기 안남기는 중년아재이지만 이건 너무 아님. 12. If you’re staying in Bratislava and want easy access to the Old Town and a vast number of cafés and restaurants then this is the perfect apartment. Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile air-conditioner. This means the unit is ‘In’ the bedroom and it is ‘very’ noisy. Using an uncalibrated measurement the sound level was about 58db. Unfortunately opening a window was not an option as the street noise is also very high and there are no insect screens on the window. As a comparison our next property measured 45db inside. The blind on the bedroom window did not work easily resulting in a very lit room from streetlights as the curtains were very flimsy. Until this property fully equips the kitchen with all the utensils required and supervises their cleaning staff I could not recommend it. On a plus side, the staff we interacted with were always friendly and helpful so I assume the poor maintenance of this property is a management problem.
