Sisäänkirjautuminen helppoa, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneessa ei toiminut ilmastointi, jonka henkilökunta vaihtoi meille heti toiseen huoneeseen. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen hotelli. Aamupala kohtalainen. Keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvin löytyi ihania ruokapaikkoja alle 1km:n säteeltä. Parkkitalo hotellin yhteydessä. Huonoa oli hotellin takaoven löheisyydessä tupakkapaikka. Josta tuli voimakas tupakan haju hissiaulaan. Joka ei ollut mitenkään kovin ilahduttavaa henkilölle jolla on hengitys oireita voimakkaista tuoksuista, kuten tupakasta. Muuten kiva hotelli.

住宿資料寫房間溫度控制，結果房間擺上一支電風扇，我又暑假期間住宿熱到爆，住三晚，每晚都到凌晨三點四點左右才睡著，感覺很不舒服，可能住宿方面不好，相對房間補充咖啡包每天都會補足，早餐也還不錯，但因每天都無法睡好，大大的扣分，感覺熱到爆。

A good hotel that was close to the old town. The room was clean and it provided all three travellers with their own beds. The hotel has a good parking garage and storage cost 18€/night which was paid to the staff at reception. Beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices and good treats.

La struttura è ubicata in un posto strategico, vicina al centro storico e a 15 minuti a piedi dal castello. Un 4 stelle che a causa di troppi dettagli che non vanno perde almeno una stella. Sono sprucidi già all'accoglienza, nessuno saluta quando entri ed esci e il servizio è pessimo. Appena arrivati (eravamo un gruppo di famiglie) ci volevano far pagare una tassa di soggiorno più alta. E già qui. Le asciugamani non erano mai del numero esatto per tre persone e un giorno non ci hanno neanche pulito la stanza... (immaginate la sera stanchi morti dopo un tour di una giornata intera, rientrare e trovare tutto sporco e senza asciugamani)non hanno dato importanza quando glielo abbiamo comunicato. La colazione varia e assortita. I dolci sanno di poco. Servizio pessimo.
