It was very clean, and in a good location. Just a 13min walk from the old town and bus station, with cheap fare to the surrounding areas. A good option to save a few bucks when visiting lake bled. Radovljica is very cute and picturesque with lots of option for food and drink.

~the room and furniture are quite old; heat is not strong enough
~ Hotel.com should amend the information: as originally only stated the city tax charge of EUR 1.01 per person, per night, but finally at check out, there are both service tax (EUR 1.0 per person, per night) and tourist tax (EUR 1.27 per person, per night) should be charged.

There was a hared shower with other rooms that didn’t have a lock on the door.
Laundry should not be listed as an amenity. It should be listed as off site. We expected to be able to use in unit laundry when we booked, that was something we needed.
The AC was nice to have.
The room was not as sound proof as we thought. We shared a wall with the kitchen and it was very noisy around 5:00-8:00am
Overall it was a good stay. The pictures were a bit deceiving when we realized the bathroom was detached from the room.
No issues overall.

The room in the basement had no windows. Although it was quite a decent size, it felt a bit like a prison cell. Ventilation hatch at the ceiling was collecting tobacco smoke from the people sitting on the porch by the entrance. So, we had to keep the hatch shut most of the time. Yet, it could be our bad luck with the number of porch smokers we encountered.

Ved ankomst havde vi ikke modtaget en pinkode til at åbne indgangsdøren. Vi måtte derfor ringe på det opgivne tlf.nr, som blev besvaret med det samme af en mand. Han fortalte at nogen gange blev pinkoden til indgangsdøren ikke sendt til gæsterne. (Jeg erfarede senere på dagen, at andre gæster havde samme problem, og den lovede sms med pinkoden udeblev også hos dem.)
I telefonen fik manden omsider fortalt pinkoden i et tilpas langsomt tempo til at det var forståeligt.
Den videre proces med den automatiske indtjekning forløb ved at der blev afkrævet 25 euro i afgift. Hvilket er i uoverensstemmelse med annoncen på hotels.com, hvor jeg bookede overnatningen hvor beløbet var angivet til 12 euro.
Vel indenfor fandt vi vores værelse i kælderen. Der var naturligt nok ingen vinduer, så vi tændte for lyset. En lampe virkede ikke, bortset fra at den gav et kort blink fra sig hvert andet minut, så jeg måtte afmontere pæren.
I kælderværelset var der ingen aircondition, men en vifte i loftet. Viften virkede dog kun samtidig med at lyset i de resterende 5 lamper var tændt, så hvad måtte vi så gøre til natten, hvor det ville blive for varmt uden viften kørende, men samtidig er det svært at sove i fuld belysning.
Vi blev derfor nødt til at afmontere lampeskærmene, og derefter skrue pærerne ud, så vi kunne sove uden lyset tændt.
Vi fik vores overnatning inklusiv morgenmad, der var okay, mens andre af deres services trænger til forbedringer.

We arrived at the hotel and everything looked fine at first—until we entered our room. Instead of proper beds, we found a broken air mattress and a small bent metal folding bed.
The air conditioning wasn’t working either. The owner insisted that this room was an “upgrade.”
After we complained, he moved us to another room, but that one didn’t even have a private bathroom or shower, which was not what we had booked.
The owner’s attitude was disappointing. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he told us that he couldn’t satisfy us, even with the so-called upgrade.
Calling a room with a broken air mattress an “upgrade” is simply unbelievable. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotels.com listed a fitness area, which there wasn't and the location invoiced many undisclosed fees. It was supposed to be 11.60 at the property and it was 102.11. This is false advertising. They have no validation of the charges and have not issued a credit.

Penzion Kovac er et fint lille sted. Vi havde to overnatningerne der. Desværre lå det eneste 5 pers. Værelse i kælderen lige ved siden af spisesalen. Så vi vågnede hver morgen til lugten af stegte pølser og bacon. Havde det bare været ny bagt brød.
Vi havde vores eget toilet, med det lå ude på gange så om morgen skulle vi forbi spisesalen hvor andre sad og nød deres morgenmad. Badet var et åbent område i forbindelse med en sauna.
Alt var rent og pænt. Den elektroniske check-in gik nemt. Og afstanden til Bled samt indkøb er fornuftig.

A good guesthouse – nothing fancy, but everything necessary was there. There aren’t many parking spots, but everyone managed to fit.
The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge stocked with drinks and air conditioning.
Self check-in was available upon arrival, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was good and filling. There weren’t many tables, but since guests came at different times, there was enough space for everyone.
We stayed for one night on our way to Croatia.
The location of the guesthouse is also good – Lake Bled is quite close, especially convenient for those traveling by car.
