An enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room is clean, the staff are kind and very helpful. It is located near to Myeongdong night market and Olive Young. No need to worry about food, where to eat, etc because there are plenty to choose from and walkable distance too. Love it! Till next time, aloft!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the service provided was absolutely outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and their willingness to assist guests was truly commendable. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, situated between two major subway lines. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and reach various attractions without any hassle. Additionally, there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience factor. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the comfortable beds and well-appointed amenities provided a pleasant and relaxing environment. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it is worth noting that the hotel's proximity to a busy road did result in some minor road noise during the evenings. However, I must emphasize that the noise was not overly disruptive and did not significantly impact my overall experience. For those who are particularly sensitive to sound, the hotel management provided earplugs or soundproofing options to mitigate any inconvenience.

非常好👍👍 位置在明洞的中心點，附近有百貨公司，步程之內已經有找換店及coffee shop，9:30 巳營業。 房間寬敞及乾淨，洗手間有足夠空間可以放用品。 前台服務人員非常有效率及貼心，無論去哪裏可以幫忙提供正確位置及幫忙call的士。

Great location, great cleanliness, new building, and excellent service. We had an amazing experience with the front office team for sending our packages from Seoul to Tokyo.
