前面幾天都中午出門 下午有人來房間清潔 後面離開前一天 下午回房間已清潔完成 再去買晚餐回來結果門是被打開的 主管道歉說什麼來檢查房間 拜託 我們家當都在裡面欸 多不安全啊 不會再考慮

체크인 할 때 직원분이 너무 친절해서 좋았어요. 침구류 너무 포근하고 리모델링한지 얼마 안돼서 시설도 깔끔했습니다. 편의점도 가까이에 있고, 조금만 걸으면 주변에 음식점도 많이 있어서 좋았어요.

細く急な坂道を上った行き止まりにあるホテルでタクシーで目の前まで行ってもらう事は不可能です。
ヨクサンという地域じたい何かラブホ街なのか、そうだったのか部屋の広さや作りがそんな感じですね。ちょうど宿泊していた時にエントランスの工事をしていました。同じフロアなのか上か下の階の部屋を作っていたのかわかりませんが電動ドリルの物凄い音がして嫌でした。トイレも流れなくなったり色々相性の合わないホテルなのかと思い多分もう泊まることはないと思います。

まず、スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。ずっとニコニコして迎えてくださって気持ちよく宿泊できました。
部屋も綺麗で広かったです。バスルームとトイレからの下水の匂いが強かったのは残念でしたが、伝えたところ、快く部屋を変えてくれました。
変えてくれた部屋はバスルームの水の流れが悪かったですが、清潔感は保たれていました。バス停も近くにあるので移動も困らなかったです。コンビニもすぐ隣にありました。
カンナムでの滞在を考えられている方にはおすすめだと思います。

Our family had a wonderful stay at Capace Hotel in Gangnam! The rooms were very clean, the price was extremely reasonable, and the staff were professional and friendly. We really appreciated the great service throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and convenient place for our family vacation, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Seoul!

ヨッサム駅から坂道を上がり、少し曲がった所にあります。
大きくはありませんが、綺麗で清潔なホテルです。
フロントの人たちも親切でした。
近くにコンビニやカフェなどもあります。
部屋のアメニティは、タオル、バスローブ、シャンプーとボディソープ、石鹸があります。
歯ブラシはないので、お気をつけ下さい。
ミネラルウォーターも冷蔵庫にあります。
滞在した日はずっと雨で、入り口ギリギリまで雨がかかる屋根？の構造で、タクシーなどに乗る際に若干不便でした。
仁川空港まで直通のバスは残念ながらないので、徒歩５分ほどのKEBハナ銀行から630番のバスに乗り、シンサ駅から6009番のバスに乗り換えて行くのが比較的簡単だったと思います。

It was in a much better location than I expected, and all the staff at the counter were so kind and helpful. Most of all, I loved that we were able to stay in a family room at such a great price, and the bathtub was exactly what we needed to relax after a long trip. I can’t believe it’s only rated as a 2-star hotel — it was absolutely wonderful.

Das Personal war sehr nett! Das Hotel sieht von außen auch gut aus. Die Zimmer haben nur teilweise keine richtigen Fenster. Beziehungsweise man schaut nach 30 cm auf eine Wand. Die Möbel finde ich nicht so gut und in den Bädern riecht es sehr stark nach Abfluss, egal was man macht. Ansonsten ist die Preisleistung aber fair
