The room was spacious and clean. The look of the room itself was just like the photos on the web. Real. The amenities were complete. The location was really great, only need 2 minutes walk to the subway or bus station. Near the hotel there's plenty of restaurants, minimarkets, chain restaurant, laundry, salon, etc. The front desk/receptionist was very kind and helpful, also can speak English fluently. I stayed one week in junior suite room Daniel Campanella Hotel and doesn't have any regret at all. Thank you!

This price with the quality of this hotel is excellent, convenient and quiet. Located in the center of Suyu station.Hotel provides an amenity bag with everything which is lovely and useful! Check out time is 1pm is even awesome! Receptionists are so helpful and nice, thank you!

Airport shuttle nearby but takes at least 1.5 hrs 7. Hotel provides nearly everything you need for daily cleanup Cons 1. Netflix didn't work 2. Road noise is loud at night 3. Away from center and othe sightseeing place 4. May be better to room renovation Although theres no stuff smell nor rubbish around, rhe room may need to be renewed as they are old. But the TV is large and new.

2-min walk from Suyu station exit 3 but the hotel is in the backstreet. Was quite surprised by the food choices in the neighbourhood . Neat hotel of best CP value. The room was very comfortable and with Netflix you wouldn’t really want to go out. All staff at the front desk is friendly and attentive. The young lady was very nice and. The old gentleman would greet you politely every time you show up. Staff speaks some English but you can tell they are trying their best to help and I appreciated the gentleman who cared so much what I was up to and whether my room had been cleaned even though he expected a language barrier. Many hote would hv just chosen to overlook that and wouldn’t care about the cleaning. Would give 6 stars for their staff. I hope the hotel management sees this and give the appreciation the staff members deserve . Would definitely come back. Thank you for all you hv offered.

整體滿意，性價比高。店家有禮，服務態度很好，未出發前，訊息他們，也很快回覆。地點近鐵路站，仁川機場巴士直達，交通十分方便。我們訂2大2小，房間大，舒適。唯美中不足是設施有點舊，清潔服務有待改善。

Das Personal war sehr freudlich und Hilfsbereit. Am Emfang gab es ein Mitarbeitet der auch Deutsch sprechen konnte, dass hat uns alles nochmal vereinfacht. Mit den anderen Mitarbeiten konnten wir sehr gut in Englisch kommunizieren. Würden sehr gerne wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Staff were very friendly! Room was clean, even provided slippers and robes. The bathroom was so pretty. They give out a little amenities bag which had a lot of necessities you may have forgotten. Quiet residence so not too many noises. Really easy check in and check out. I didn’t know how to get a taxi to my text destination and I asked for help from the front desk. The guy was really nice and ordered me a taxi! Will for sure come here again. I recommend it, and the price is worth it!
