This was my second stay at the Fairmont in Korea, and it was just as satisfying as the first. I hosted guests for the dinner buffet, which was both refined and well-prepared — perfect for a high-quality yet practical gathering. One unbeatable advantage is its location right next to Hyundai Department Store, which I truly can’t give up. This visit was for my post-surgery recovery, and I deeply appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful care and attention. I’ve already booked my next stay for October, which shows just how much I trust and enjoy this hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus. She went the extra mile and above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time and I am extremely grateful!

Good location near train stations and bus stops. Very spacious room with friendly staff. The only flip side was daily room servicing, looks like the room is not vacuumed, hair and other little things still will be there in the room after daily room service. Breakfast was good but doesn’t have much Western options.

今回は汝矣島に宿泊して、　ザ・ヒュンダイのショッピングとかを楽しみました．ホテルと隣接してるし、　電車のアクセスもとても便利でした。 ホテルの室内もとても衛生的で、リネンも余分に確保されていてホントに良いホテルでした。 汝矣島宿泊の際は、是非また泊まりたいですね。

조식은 종류가 많진 않았고 주차 차량 두대가 지원 안되어서 발렛을 추천해주셨는데 4만원이었고 발렛 카드 종류가 많진 않았습니다 직원분들은 친절하시고 응대가 좋았어요 헬스장은 조촐하였어요 웨이트기구가 적어서 아쉬웠습니다
