beautiful decor, blasting A/C with up to date tech remotes n controls. Loved how friendly n polite the whole staff was from maintenance to front concierge. Their breakfast was one of the best I've had so far, n I'm comparing to Europe which I just visited days before I checked into this hotel. everywhere is walkable, ez parking for ur guests, spacious drive way for taxi loading ur luggage-doormen (yes, not one but 2) are always present helping u. Loved the stay.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was incredibly kind, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I was initially unsure if the breakfast would be worth the price, but it definitely was! Gorgeous display, a huge variety of choices and different types of cuisines (Korean, American, Chinese, French…) I would definitely stay here again!

ホテルはレトロな雰囲気でオーセンティックなホテルです。建物がしっかりしているので、部屋も重厚なインテリアでとても優雅な気持ちで滞在できます。小さな子供含めた3人で滞在しましたが、ベッドルーム+リビングの2部屋あるデラックスルームに滞在したので、快適で素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。ミニキッチンとカウンターもあり、清潔で全てのサービスに満足し、全くストレスなく過ごせました。付帯施設のプールと大浴場サウナが最高でした！

The check in were amazing ! I wish I got her name to make compliment. The concierge staff named - San Lee deserved more. He was so considerate, attentive and very good with communication. He is the best from the hotel. Which unfortunately, other staff seems do not speak English well, and the check out were lack of manpower which caused some delay.

I was informed upon check-in that nearly every amenity (gym, pool, etc) was closed. The lobby feels “grand,” but the rooms will look and feel outmoded to anyone who has stayed in a hotel since 1990. The rooms feel especially old-fashioned. Water dripped from the ceiling of my room, leaving a wet spot on the carpet below. Good breakfast.

高級感のあるホテルでした。お迎えのスタッフの方々もいます。韓国ではフロントのスタッフは塩対応が当たり前と思っていましたが、このホテルのスタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧かつフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。ジムやプールもあります。1階にはカフェがあり、パッピンスが美味しそうでしたが今回は時間がなく行くことができなくて残念でした。部屋は広々としており、洗面台はとてもおしゃれで素敵でした。バスタブもありますが、シャワーを使うとバスルームが水浸しになるので別のシャワールームで体を洗った方が良さそうです。バスはホテルの前に停車するので便利ですが、駅までは7分くらいあるきます。江南駅は近いので、バスでも行けますし、タクシーでも15分ほど、6000ウォンくらいで行けると思います。また、COEXやカジノまでもタクシーで10分ほど、7000ウォンくらいで行けました。また泊まりたいです。

空港から地下鉄利用だと乗り換えが多いため、慣れた人には便利かもしれませんが、不慣れな人には少し難しいかも。バス停が目の前なのでバス停利用者にはとても便利だと思います。

喫煙部屋が一切ないホテルなので、部屋はとてもいい空気でした。少し狭いですが1人で泊まる分には問題はなかったです。鏡が至る所にあるのが少し落ち着かなかったです。湯船、シャワー、お手洗いも問題なし。歯ブラシは要持参。朝食後の散歩がてらロンドンベーグルへ徒歩で向かい、帰路はハイキングレベルの傾斜がお腹を空かせてくれてとても心地よかったです。朝ごはんは普通、7時前だったのと、外で食べる人も多いのか空いていました。コーヒーが美味しかったです。
