I would definitely stay here again. Family and Friends House 2 has a good location in Hongdae. It's tucked away in a calmer area so you can rest easily but still close enough to the action and also the subway station. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and breakfast is provided in the morning. Keep in mind while you're packing that you'll have to carry your luggage up a couple stairs.

The best guest house I have experienced ever. Super comfortable as like in home. Host super friendly. Good location. Safe. Very easy to access to hong ik shopping area and the restaurant street.

The location is not far from Hong-yi University station, 10min by walk and easy access to convenience store around. The host is friendly and helpful. The hostel is apartment-like building for each floor. It's very special, clean and designable. But you may hear the sound from the living room at night since it is located in a quiet area. Over all, it is a nice place to stay in Seoul.

The guest house says: be quit after 11pm, but the noiest one is staff themselves. Washing machine keep running after 12pm. Using hair dryer , playing games in living room after 12pm.

位置係大街入面既巷仔，唔會太嘈。但係我住mix room，係lobby隔離，外面既人同埋間房既聲都聽得清楚。所以如果你係難入睡既人就唔好簡呢間。洗手間呢層得1間，如果要去廁所既就去左先，如果唔係被人入去沖涼就有排等。價錢唔貴，但設施可以有待改善。

The guesthouse is only 10 mins walk from the subway and there is many restaurant, cafe nearby. Not very noise at night but the bathroom is room for improvement.

服務人員一般親切，不會擺臭臉或是不理人，可是相較之下對韓國人非常親切。
樓梯小小的，沒有電梯，女生宿舍在四樓，行李要自己搬。
隔音弱，隔壁棟的聲音若大一點都聽的到；其他間住客開關門都也聽的到。
女生宿舍是整層只有女生，頗好的，但宿舍很看其他住客生活習慣，而多數入住的是韓國人。

離弘大地鐵大約5分鐘路程很近，屋子內很乾淨，每天都會打掃廁所、換新毛巾，民宿老闆很親切熱心，值得推薦的好住所!!

離地鐵站雖然有些距離但走習慣的話其實並不會很遠，如果攜帶大型行李的話是會比較辛苦一點因為樓梯比較窄，在搬運的時候會比較吃力，但是民宿的工作人員都會主動詢問是否要幫忙，女主人與工作人員都非常友善又親切，會主動跟每個一客人問候寒暄，客房、公共空間以及共用浴室也都打掃得很乾淨
這次是住四樓的兩人房床位，房間之間的隔音稍微有點差，外面如果有比較大一點的聲音房內也會聽得到，房內的空調不知道是統一還是分開的，因為溫差較大入住這幾天白天的話房內會比較悶一點，除此之外整體是很舒適的。下次如果有機會還會再利用的，尤其推薦給沒有大型行李的背包客

離弘大地鐵3號出口很近，值得推薦！若行李太重，建議住一樓，因為沒有電梯，cp值算是不錯！下次若有機會再去，還是會選這裡。^_^

有提供簡單的早餐，時間上如果能配合且要求不多的話，應該是不錯的選擇。民宿離捷運站算方便，宿舍很乾淨但隔音設備不是很理想，這次入住的經驗沒有上次好，因為窗戶空隙冷風一直跑進來，暖氣也有兩個晚上跳掉，要起床重新起來設定!!

便宜到不敢要求什麼。房間比圖片小很多，朋友行李箱比較大，差點打不開。洗手間除了有異味外，白白淨淨的相當清潔。可能因為是半地下室，會有小昆蟲，向房主報告之後，只是掃掃地就沒有了。住了9晚，只有第二天清潔房間後就沒有了。床墊有點凹了，不舒服。Wifi超弱，完全不能用。天氣冷，向房主要求被子，馬上就預備好，很有效率。總的來說，沒有什麼特別要求的話，反正都出去玩，留的時間不長，所以很值得推薦！
