마운틴 콘도는 곤돌라 탑승에 편리한 위치이고 객실이 넓어서 여유로운 점, 객실 내 기기들이 비교적 최근에 교체되어 깨끗하고 특히 TV는 상당히 대형이어서 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내 전자레인지가 없고 각 동에 1개 층에 2개로 공용 사용인 점은 몹시 아쉬웠습니다. 최소한 1개 층에 1개씩이라도 비치했으면 합니다.
체크인/아웃도 앱에서 진행할 수 있고 객실 키 없이 비밀번호만으로 출입 가능한 점 등도 편리했습니다.

從首爾乘Purple bus 到high 1 很方便，我們在明洞0845上車，大約12:30便到high 1 。因為未到check-in時間，房間仍在收拾中，但酒店很好，容許我們到房間放下行李，大約2:30就有房間了。
房間很整潔，設施也很新淨，我們住Mountain CondoA座, 步行去mountain Ski House很方便。
B座有一間便利店，可能因為農曆新年嘅原因冇咩賣？我們這幾天只能買到一些方便麵，泡菜之類簡單的食物。
唯一的改善空間就是員工的溝通方式，無論前台的員工或是其他工作人員基本上都是不懂英文。

住宿安排在B座，樓下就有便利商店，亦非常近滑雪場主樓，方便滑雪。
酒店房屬於apartment，有兩房，一間有雙人床，另一間是塔塔咪，有兩個厠所但只有一個浴室，有開放式廚房，一般煮食用具齊備，連電飯煲都有，但沒有焗爐或微波爐。
滑雪場有兩個主樓，內有餐廳及food courts，所以食方面是沒有問題，但不可有要求。
滑雪場非常大，有好多條滑雪道，適合不同人士，住客租借滑雪用品及買纜車票有6折，比其他韓國滑雪場便宜。

A room in Block A was assigned, just next to the ski house. Very convenient for skiing. The staff are helpful. We arrived at around 11:30am and early check-in was arranged. Check-in counter was far away and a staff in Block A drove us to check-in, very nice and helpful.

Ptompt replace the refrigerator when l reported it. Very good.
House keeping staffs worked so hard.
Reception staffs speak fair English, but they are so keen to solve my problems.
I love people of High 1.
But they need to open establish more piste due to very crowded. The long queues at chair lifts are aweful.

我是在2月頭住Hill condo，check in centre距離住處好遠，要行條大斜路，拖喼好麻煩，valley同mountain冇問題。我住兩晚，不提供執房，床同枕頭超林，訓醒條頸好攰，其他都ok，間房地熱好夠。check out要做幾個步驟：所有垃圾桶要清理好垃圾袋要放進升降機旁的分類垃圾桶、廚具碗碟要洗乾淨、將匙咭放在枱面、打內線通知check out便可走了。

Good ski resort. Check-in counter offered to "down grade" our rooms so we don't have to change rooms for the 3rd night. It's a good suggestion but failed to offer rebate for the price difference.

Location is great. Information in Expedia website is incorrect. It said there is a rolling bed option for a cost but hotel said there is no such option. The only available room type is Korean style with futon bed but I thought I can add a rolling bed. Without such option, I was force to sleep on the floor without a proper bed. It is quiet uncomfortable for me. Also Expedia booking info do not have hotel booking reference. I was shocked when I first heard about that. Luckily hotel reception was able to find my booking.
Overall, the room is clean and I am fine with it.
