Good location and cozy room

No toothbrush, the room is very small

每次去韓國做醫美必住酒店，地點都算易找，近馬路但隔音算可以了，至少夜晚睡得挺香的。 可以走路去新沙洞 。 樓下附近兩仲街口有家吃韓牛燒烤，開得很晚。

好差花灑水龍頭是熱是冷，毛巾污糟亦有穿窿，即使要求換新的，亦都是很殘舊的

It was a small weird shape corner room that only has one small window which has emergency exit cover. Bathroom and toilets are extremely small. It would be better if it shows what it is when we are booking it.

晚上一关了房里电源的总制后，床边的插头就没有电力供应，所以睡觉时不能把手机放在床头充电，非常不方便。

離地鐵站可能有一段路，由9號出口大概要5-10分鐘，附近也有餐廳，如果工幹入住應該不錯，如果旅遊的，可能不算是很方便。

服務態度惡劣

很新 設備很好的飯店, View 好, 有浴缸, 有免治馬桶. 早餐還可以, 選擇不多. 有現煎的但可以直接點, 只是很低調, 也沒廚師在場, 所以容易錯過. 地點, 離捷運站有段距離, 約700~800m. 附近吃的東西不少. 若是在附近出差, 這是很好的一個選擇.

地區比較方便商業人士，但離地鐵站大概約7分鐘路程

環境很好👍👍服務態度也非常的好😳👍 已經是第二次住這間酒店了☺️☺️ 但是會距離熱門地區比較！例如明洞、弘大、東大門..... 但如果喜歡比較安靜一點的酒店的話，我會推薦這一間酒店的。

除了離地鐵有點遠之外其他都不錯 附近有一間CLUB，叫MADE，氣氛很好

房間在大馬路旁邊非常的吵！除了房間新一點其他都不好！住了5個晚上床單都沒有換地板上很髒，打掃很不好，不用心！

1. Room is big but lack of necessity, e.g., no place for wet towels, no tissue paper refill 2. My wife got fever, call help from staffs, they only find a taxi for us and lead the taxi driver brought us to the closed clinic 3. Require for late check out at 1pm, the staffs said free for us and we late 5mins for, they charged us for the late fee, only 5mins, it is ridiculous 4. Staffs were not very friendly, no greeting to customers and didn't help us for luggage taking 5. The price was high but the quality was so so, not recommend, people can find a better one within this price budget

Housekeeping always forgot to refill bath amenities, seems still have more room to improve. Reception staff are so nice. Although it is not close to MRT staton, we are enjoy the walk from MRT station to hotel. There are some fried chicken restaurants nearby, and many entertainment companies around the hotel.

※The shower: The water pressure was ridiculously low and had to take much longer time for the ladies to wash their hairs. ※In the morning, there’s literally no HOT/COLD water. └We turned on the chilled-water side tap and the water running was boiling hot. My partner and I burned our hand because of this. The worst part was when we called the front desk, and ask if someone could come into our room to have a look at it. They claim it is the "time of the day" causing this to happen, and no further action was taken to fix the situation. └ I suspect other guest before me might have already report the situation prior, but funny thing is the hotel stuff did absolutely nothing about it. ※The "mini-fridge" in the room does not work "AT ALL", it has basically the function of a storage space and that is it. ※The housekeeping stuff forgot to refill tissue in the bedroom, tissue roll in the toilet, teabag/Nespresso capsule, and one day even forgot to put new shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in our room. └ My partner and I felt like during the entire 4 days stay, we had to kept on asking the front desk for things that should have been given to us without asking. This is extremely annoying consider the hotel pride itself to be 4 star and located in the high-end, luxurious area of Seoul, therefore being stingy and cheap about tissues/ tissue roll is simply intolerable.

A staff member informed me that the female staff who checked me in where rude and saying nasty comments when I walked away. I’m not duprisee this place is terrible and run badly.

チェックインが22時頃になってしまったのですがとても丁寧に応対していただきました。 その時は日本語ができる方も1人いらして問題なくチェックインできました。 比較的こじんまりとしたホテルですが、綺麗なホテルでした。 入口に数段の階段があるのでスーツケースは持ち上げないといけないです。 スロープはどこかにあるのかもしれませんが階段のそばにはなかったです。 気になる点をあげるとすればトイレのドアが途中で床に引っかかり全開にならなかったことと、メインのテレビのリモコンの反応が悪かったことくらいですが、トイレは全開にする必要はなく、テレビは本体で操作しました。 あと、まずまずの交通量の道路沿いなので車の音は少なからず聞こえます。 地下鉄は2つの駅を徒歩10分程度で利用できますが、どちらも緩やかな坂道でした。 駅近のホテルも便利ですが、こちらは徒歩20分くらいの範囲に美味しいお店もたくさんありましたし、食べたあとゆっくり歩いて帰ることでいい運動にもなったので良かったです。

We loved our stay at this hotel so much that we ended up booking it twice during our recent trip to Seoul—and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon! Pros: Great Location: The hotel is perfectly situated with plenty of buses nearby to take you around town. It’s tucked away from the busiest streets, so you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep without late-night noise, yet it’s still close to fun neighborhoods like Seongsu and Apgujeong. Spacious Rooms: We stayed in a twin room and really appreciated the extra space, especially on our last day when we needed to pack all our shopping finds. Thoughtful Service: After check-out, the staff kindly stored our suitcases since we had a late flight. The cozy lobby on Level 1 was also a lifesaver—it gave us a comfortable and private space to freshen up and do some last-minute repacking before heading to the airport. Overall, this hotel made our Seoul trip so much more enjoyable. Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming—we can’t wait to book our next stay here!
