市廳站7號出口（樓梯）行8分鐘左右就到，酒店樓下有便利店，有餐廳。酒店大堂有儲物櫃免費寄存行李。房間舒適，沐浴和洗手間是分開的，我們住了兩晚，第二會放一包毛巾和水給我們

Typical Japanese Hotel in convenient location. Room layout is very good with separate toilet, basin & bath area. Room size is resonable and adequate for 2 adults. Breakfast quality is good with wide selection of soups but not much variation in food types on daily basis. Overall clean but two obvious black hairs were found on the bed on the date of check-in.

Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Gracery. Firstly, the location was good, only 5 mins walk from Incheon Airport bus, and ~6-8mins walk from City Hall metro station, also around 10mins walk to Myeongdong. there are a number of restaurants nearby, and a convenient store just downstairs. Interior though wasn't too good, could easily see signs of wear and tear everywhere in the room, e.g. the washing basin was kind of blocked, making the flow of water was very slow; the shower door lock was broken; the shower head adjuster was broken, so we couldn't adjust the water flow level, etc. Also, the view was kind of poor, facing directly to the hotel next to us, less than 40m away, we could easily see what others were doing opposite side. And the lack of a proper table to work / write on was also not too ideal.
