HOTEL in 9 Gangnam

唔似是4星級酒店，牀不太舒服，睡得不舒服。空調很好，週圍附近都沒有早餐吃。地鐵站一出就到很方便。沒有牙刷牙膏提供。

離地鐵站很近 奉恩寺3號出口走路3分鐘 樓下就有星巴克和Olive Young 對面有BHC和奉恩寺 路口就是COEX 可以逛水族館.商場.星空圖書館.Ktown.現代百貨 房間清潔度差了一點 入住時棉被上有很多跟頭髮 地板也有之前住客遺留的嬰兒玩具 牆角地毯也都是灰塵 房間也很狹小 但服務非常周到 已短程商旅的角度 還是會考慮入住

Good location and staff

The room is very small. Air conditioner at my room is dirty so there was a lot of dust drop on my bed everyday. Food and Beverage offered in the restaurant is not good enough, not much choice and everyday is super similar. So I think it is overpriced. But the staff at reception are nice and helpful. So I think only this point is up to standard as a 4 star hotel.

清潔房間的工作人員很可怕 正在睡覺時，會直接刷卡進入清掃， 我們在床上說晚一點，她們問要晚多久， 我們說一小時後， 然後她們一小時後便又自行刷卡進入， 她們進入洗手間放新毛巾後便離開。 她們彷彿覺得很平常？？？ 但對我而言不能接受，零私隱可言…… 另外酒店房間很小，整體整潔程度一般， 毛巾拖鞋都是用最薄、很差的質料， 所謂gym room也只是有兩台跑步機。 注意，酒店沒有提供牙刷牙膏浴帽基本日常必須品， 但可以向酒店購買。 酒店不知道是不細心還是小器， 我們入住四天，東西用完都沒有幫我們refill過沐浴露、洗髮精那些。

櫃檯能說流利的英文。 距離商場、捷運、超市都很近。 房間很小，行李需要放在床上打開。 隔音雖然不錯，但是暖氣噪音蠻大聲，高樓層深夜仍能聽到飆車聲。 衛浴只提供洗髮精、潤髮乳及沐浴乳，牙膏牙刷需要另購。 咖啡機洗過幾次，出來的水仍是咖啡色，不建議使用，電熱水壺需另外跟櫃台索取，不收費。 門沒有鏈條鎖，且其中一個鎖無法鎖上。 裝潢為工業風，管線跟牆壁都直接外露。

鄰近coex商場(由奉恩寺3號出口走到7號出口就是） 交通也很方便 但於冬天入住未有開啟冷氣，開窗會很冷，如不開窗就會很焗促（因為空氣不流通）

空調運轉聲音稍微大了點，其他都還不錯，交通方便，水量大水溫足。

房間空間不錯，離coex走路5分鐘, CHECK IN 的效率跟服務都非常的好

江南酒店選擇越來越多 hotel in 9位於coex旁 奉恩寺站3號出口走直走一兩分鐘就到 coex商場也連接三成站 往酒店右方一直走十分鐘也可到清潭站 所以乘車超超超方便 staff英語很好很禮貌 check in/out非常有效率 房間雖小但五臟俱全 床不會很軟 不會睡得腰酸背痛 最近首爾開始入冬 空調還是可以調成冷氣 這點很值得讚揚 畢竟太多酒店冬天都自動調為暖氣 唯有空調有時會很吵有機械的聲音 會吵醒 酒店可以檢查一下 喜歡江南的朋友 真的可以選擇這間 價格便宜又方便 下次來都會繼續入住！ 謝謝員工們的服務

ホテルはきれいでした。地下鉄も３線利用できるので便利です。 ウォシュレットが壊れていたのが残念でしたが、ホテル全体としては良いホテルでした。

Nice property and comfortable beds

I recently booked a Junior Suite Family Twin room at your hotel through Expedia. According to the room description, it was advertised as featuring one king bed and one large twin bed, with capacity for up to three guests. However, upon arrival, the king bed was more akin to a double bed rather than a true king size, and the “large twin bed” appeared to be a standard single bed. As a result, despite the stated capacity for three people, my party of three was charged an additional 99,000 KRW for the extra occupant. I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years, and this was my first disappointing experience, primarily because the accommodations did not match the expectations set by the description—particularly the bed sizes. To better serve your guests, I kindly suggest updating the room description to accurately reflect the actual bed dimensions if a true king bed is not available. Also, clearly mention that if 3 people occupied the room extra cost will applies. This would help manage expectations and avoid similar issues in the future. I would have been willing to pay more for a room that fully met my needs.
