Very decent hotel. Spacious and not too far from Samsung station where Coex mall is. The shampoo n soap smells super nice . Convenient store right behind the hotel. Didn’t take metro so unsure how convenient but overall great stay’ only down side was Internet not super smooth / fast . Room was modern and spacious n had great coffee n snack provided

The checked in experience was efficient. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and have good command of English.the room was spacious, and the bathroom is basic but clean. Only comments is that there is no bathtub and no tooth hygiene set provided.

The L7 Gangnam is situated at a great loxstion near the metro and bus stations. Airport bus stops right out at the front of the hotel. A lot of nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and about a 15 min walk to Starfield Coex Mall.
Staff are friendly and helpful and can converse well in English.

周邊非常方便，飯店本身也很好，櫃檯人員很親切幫忙叫車，雖然大廳在九樓，但是一樓一直都有禮賓人員協助按電梯跟提供資訊，英文能力都很好！下次會再入住！
