If you are looking for snow, you should come to Pyeongchang. The facility is good, our view from the room is the skiing mountain, so wonderful, and when I'm here, it's snowing. Good experience for my daughter! Can't wait to come back here again!

沖涼會唔舒服因花灑灑水太細太慢！好似唔夠水壓！若果大堂地下加啲防滑地板會更好！酒店沖涼花灑頭要換個大灑水頭，這樣令客人更舒適！最緊要是沖涼舒服，因為客人滑雪後周身痛需要一個更好嘅沖涼設備！！！

The hotel is very very basic and it is a shame to call as resort. The price is expensive but the room is very old and out of renovation. It is terrible to stay in a hotel in "Samsung country" but the TV is traditional one (not LCD/ TV). The only advantage is its location as it is right next to the entry of ski location.

Hotel is a bit old but is nice and clean for a good winter vacation. Most of the staffs cannot speak English, but are very willing to help. The Ski school Staffs are very helpful, and they help me to prearranged classes before arrival. Thanks, Isaac and Cam :) BTW the western restaurant food is good. If you want something simple, there are fast food and convenience store in the resort complex.

We rented a room with living room and bedroom. Very large. Facilities are old but still comfortable. Excellent view of ski field. Very convenient to go skiing and swimming. However, only limited number of restaurants are provided. Shuttle buses recommended by the hotel is expensive. We bought tickets near the ski service centre back to Jamsil Station which is much cheaper.

The room is tidy. The heat water supply is great at bathroom. The hot water supply almost instantly. Some rooms have great views of the ski resort. The ski resort is fun but it is hardly find any other entertainments apart from skiing there. Shopping is also not another option because there is little supporting entertainment and shopping utilities. However, it is still recommended for people who are ski/snowboard beginner. The view at the top hill is outrageous.
