Great location! The hotel is right next to the metro and supermarket. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. A bit of maintenance is needed for the room as the furnitures are old and the curtains are ripped. Overall we had a good stay at this hotel.

距離建大站只有2至3分鐘路程，美食街也在地鐵站附近，隨時隨地都可以吃到韓式的餐點，不想吃韓式食物也有中餐可以選擇，因為中國街也很靠近酒店。然後旁邊有一個大型屋苑，生活必需品，手信都很齊全，都可以在那裡的emart買得到，非常方便。

這是第二次入住。房間很大，很舒適，採光好，飯店人員很親切。在建國大學對面，隔壁有樂天百貨，走路到emart也不用10分鐘。離捷運站很近，就在飯店斜對角，過馬路就到。吃東西、逛街選擇也很多，適合帶小朋友的家庭。要去小朋友的景點（兒童大公園、首爾林、樂天樂園、水族館、樂天世界塔）搭捷運都在15分鐘內到達。

There are three double beds inside the apartment and the city view is not bad. Lotte Department Store is just situated next to this building. Staff are very nice, helpful and provide good service. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station and many restaurants are located around that area. However, the wooden floor tiles and some furniture inside my room are not in good conditions due to normal wear and tear. The management should consider to refurbish or replace them. Breakfast is good but not too many choice especially Korean food.

생일파티겸 요리를해야하는상황이었는데 호텔보다 더 편안한 구조와 내집같은분위기와 1층에 스타벅스 ,베이커리,커피숍,꽃집,지하1층에 편의점등,.길건너편 먹자골목 ,전철역과 바로앞이고 매우 편합니다.. 참고로 화장실내 칫솔,치약은 없으니 챙겨가세요,,아니면 편의점에서구입, 거실이 커서 그런지 여성 머리가락이 구석보이긴합니다..청소를 좀 신경써서해주시면 더좋을것같아요...에어컨많어서 좋아요,,,다음에 또이용합니다./
