飯店看起來走很遠其實並沒有，還預早給了youtube要用的教學都拍很清楚；白天旁邊過一條大馬路就是仁寺洞購物街，我們的傳統婚禮體驗也在那，往上走到底就是景福宮！晚上一出大街就是滿滿的鐘路三街布帳馬車，再過一點拐彎就到ig大熱露天烤肉，那邊還藏了滿滿各國美食。唯一只是地鐵站內指示不清晰，換綫難走。

櫃檯的服務人員很友善&很親切、房間很乾淨&很整潔、整體住宿舒適度很棒！
位置很方便！
但因為附近巷子太多，不建議單身女性獨自住宿，有結伴同行的朋友會比較好。

The hotel is accessible and convenient. It nears metro station, within 3 minutes walking distance to Jungno 3(sam) ga exist 4 and insadong market which sells a lot of unique souvenirs. There are a lot of restaurants which sell good food with reasonable price as well. The hotel has small kitchen facilities such as stove in each room and microwave in each floor and make it easy to warm up pizza or fried chicken. Washing machine is also provided in our room, so for long stay it will be helpful as no need for laundry (just ask the receptionist and she/he will give free detergent). I would stay again if visit Seoul for vacation with family.

We booked a family room for 11 nights and strongly recommend this hotel. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, and the very nice thing about this hotel were the cleanliness...it's superb! Especially the bathroom!..The room was made up everyday, including new towels which made us very comfortable. For breakfast, we enjoyed having bread, boiled eggs, cereals and soup and the owner of the hotel always serve fresh cucumber and tomatoes for making sandwich. Hotel is very near to subway Exit 5 and it's a walking distance to food street and restaurants, art shops and gallery with beautiful ornaments and instragamable for taking pictures.

超過十點就沒有櫃檯人員 需要自已開保險箱拿房卡入住～住宿期間不提供房間整理～須自己把垃圾跟毛巾拿出來去櫃檯更換～床超級硬非常難睡～睡一個晚上就腰酸背痛～超級影響旅遊興致

客服人員都很親切，飯店設施均很便利，而且附近周邊離地鐵站很近，各式各樣的小吃林立，是個值得旅遊休憩的地點，下次再訪韓國，還是會選擇入住。

Very friendly & helpful staffs. Thanks Maria and the gentleman, who always provide excellent service, in the front desk.
Me and my mother stayed in a twin bed suite room. Thanks to the housekeeper, the suite room we stayed was clean and everything was neat. It come with everything you need- washing machine, refrigerator and electric cooking stove. Washing powder, tableware and cookware provided upon requested for free. Shared microwave was in the hallway. Body wash and shampoo are free but you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or buy them from the front desk. Luggage scale provided upon requested.
The location is great. 2 mins walk from exit 4 of Jongno 3-ga Station (purple line). Loads of Korean restaurants and street food stalls nearby.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. Will stay here next time visit Korea ;)

It's a great hotel even the room is small but acceptable. U can take off at Angak station instead of Jungno 3 ga, Exit 3/4 elevator is there, more easy to access, quiet & tidy, staff are very helpful. Just opposite to Ibis Insadong There are lots of different restaurants around, no problems for dinning. I will come again next time.

很近地鐵站...周圍十分多餐廳...晚上附近還有韓式大排檔...離鍾路一二三街十分近...買東西十分方便....職員都十分有善...很有耐心解決問題..缺點是微波爐設在房間外面...對於我每天都用到微波爐十分不方便..
