地點很棒，地鐵站7號出口，櫃台在樓上，離海灘走路就可到，下次來還會選這間。

Super convenient location. Nice suite. Would be excellent if shower curtain can be provided. And, the tap is too close to the sink edge.

地點佳，交通方便，附近也很熱鬧，但沒有什麼美麗景色，如果是為了海雲台的海景來的可以再離海邊近一點

Subway use exit 7 can use the escalator( if too many people waiting for the lift) then follow the hotel sign ( even is not the same hotel name) go to 2/f to look for w residence check in desk. Nice and kind check in staff. Show and help me to use the lift to room( which I can not manage to properly use the card and go up at the first time) thank you. Nice and clean room.

Very good location and room condition, nice toiletries provided, a washing machine in the room makes it perfect for my 8 days stay. The only cons is not easy to find the reception at 2/F of the building at arrival since no clear sign outside the building

地點非常優秀，海雲臺地鐵7號出口手扶梯上去進入大樓，電梯坐到2樓（這邊標示比較不清楚）。 服務人員都非常優秀。

我是住家庭房， 在18樓, 在釜山五天, 天氣接近30度... 有洗衣機很方便（我自帶洗衣皂，因為看起來好像沒有提供洗衣精~） 沒有免費提供牙刷牙膏， 有給中文的房間說明，還不錯， 只是暖氣不知為什麼翻譯成鍋爐，說要開鍋爐後浴室才有熱水，原來是要開暖氣才會有熱水啦 附近很熱鬧，很好逛，就是一個熱鬧的景點~ 住宿地點真的很好，但如果整棟住宿的人很多（旺季）時，的確要担心...電梯在尖鋒時間要等~一些時間 總體來說~ 很棒

Really easy, really clean, great place overall. Made us feel at home. You will need to ask for normal residence things like salt and oil, and there is no coffee machine, so pick up some instant korean coffee packs when you go to the store.

Al llegar a la recepción batallaron para encontrar mi reserva. Si se tomaron un tiempo en encontrarla y no se veían muy organizados. Me impresionó que en el mismo edificio albergaban 5 hoteles diferentes y eso complicaba entender en donde hacer el registro o si estabas en el lugar correcto. Dentro de la habitación, vimos que no estaba al 100% limpia, el aire acondicionado goteaba, el papel tapiz estaba despegado y al entrar tenía un olor fuerte a que cocinaron algo con un aroma intenso. No ofrecen servicio de limpieza a la habitación y cobran casi por cualquier cosa que cualquier otro hotel te hubiera regalado. Para accesar a las habitaciones hay que tomar elevadores que sirven para ir a otros pisos en donde hay otros locales por lo que los pueden usar todos. No hay un protocolo para evitar que gente externa entre a los pisos que correspondan al hotel. En la descripción del hotel en el sitio mencionaban que contaban con lavandería y al final no fue así, tuve que buscar un lugar para poder lavar la ropa. El edificio es viejo, y se nota que forzaron hacer una conversión a hotel pero no fue la manera correcta. No se confíen en el precio barato, hay mejores opciones para hospedarse cerca de la playa de Hongdae.

I do not recommend this place. Although it is labeled as a residence hotel, it does not function as one. No kitchenware or utensils are provided at all. The cleanliness was very poor—sofa and bed were not clean. Checking out took over 30 minutes because there were too few elevators in operation. Unless the price is significantly lower, I would not recommend staying here.

Great location and good prices for the area.Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful Bedrooms were adequate and well air-conditioned but catching the elevator is a nightmare due to heavy trafficr up and down the building. Only recommended for those who have a lot of patience.

A very good stay in a good sized room, great bathroom, excellent kitchenette, drying rack on the balcony... all quite close to the main beach and attractiond. Recommended.

The view from our room was great. We had a great view of the Haeundae Beach

Great spot to stay and inexpensive! We had a decent size mini apartment basically! Booking with w residence was better then booking through other companies in the building as we got daily water and cleaning twice for our 11 day stay. We also had a washer which was a great addition. Elevators can take awhile but that's to be expected when so many floors. Not much Interaction with staff.

It was very good. Temperature control was helpful.

Perfekte Lage an der Haeundae Station. Zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten. Alles war sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist nicht leicht zu finden, da an dem Gebäude nur Residence Hotel steht, also ohne W. Man muss im Einkaufszentrum mit dem Kino mit dem Fahrstuhl nach 6F fahren, um zur Rezeption zu gelangen.
