明洞歡迎民宿

It's not bad, but also not as good as the previous reviews said. The staff was really nice, willing to help, to provide information and to fix problems. But except for that, the guesthouse was kind of disappointing. The location was 10 mins walk from the metro, but it was on a little hill. So it would be very exhausting to go back after your whole day schedule. And there were also some rules that may be inconvenient to guests, such as no eating in the room (but the lobby wasn't 24-7 open) or late breakfast serving time (but the breakfast was very simple).

民宿地點很斜,要走很多坡才到 而且地面是不平的,拉行李可能會有點吃力 晚上的時候也很昏暗,街燈不足,還有一些坐在路旁喝飽食醉的人.感覺略為混雜 四圍都是停車場,小型的2,3個,還有一個2,3層大型的 車來車往, 電單車開很快,出出入入挺危險 接待員不太有善,雖然有幫忙提行李,但只是提了其中一個 我們都是女生,民宿沒有升降機,只有狹小的樓梯 也沒有認真為我們介紹民宿,大多都是提及甚麼甚麼要錢 有洗衣服務,但一次收5000won,鄰近大多都是免費的 不過也不算太貴 房間的隔音很差,經常聽見旁邊的人說話,還有門開鎖的聲音很大, 鞋櫃的門也特別的吵,若鄰居早出晚歸,肯定會受到影響 洗手間的門是磨沙,隱若能見到里面的人,可能會有點尷尬 而且是沒有門鎖的,只是掩著. 一推就可以開到了 里面也沒有抽風系統/抽氣扇,用熱水洗澡頓時煙霧瀰漫,要是大便的話也很臭,沒有疏氣的地方,會熏到廳里

My second stay in the guesthouse. Well priced, convenient location, clean room and attended by friendly front desk people. Definitely will not hesitate to stay in Welcome Guesthouse again.

I rented a single bedroom and it had all the basic things a solo traveller needs (e.g toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, towel). Very clean however, I could hear every `words' that the next door people was saying. The guesthouse is located in walking distance to the N Tower and Namsan park which made it a very convenient location to watch night view of Seoul. Will definitely stay there again if I travel to Seoul.

房間很乾淨~ 房間雖小，但足以一個人居住。 離明洞很近，大概5分鐘就到。 入夜後比較寧靜，但有街燈&附近屬住宅地方，不用擔心安全問題~ 職員好好，盡量解答我的問題。

除了飯店隔音稍不理想，其他一切良好。 熱誠親切、乾淨舒適，性價比極高！

去明洞非常方便, 地鐡出口就有扶手電挮, 只係行上去斜路有點辛苦。 guesthouse reception 好好人,會幫手拎行李上上落落~ 房間乾淨, 有暖氣, 值得再去!!

I think everything is good. The staff are all very nice. The room are clean and tidy. Its very comfortable and close to the subway.

Spent 6 nights in the very comfortable guesthouse. The staff were very nice and helpful. Before we checked in, the staff explained the service and room in details. The location is perfect!

房間的隔音不太好, 其他無問題

Not hard to find because of the clear direction. Convenient place. Even the walking distance is around 7-8 minutes from subway station, the path is on the slope. It is not easy to carry 2 luggage for hiking along the hill.

員工與老闆都十分熱情,熱心幫助每一位住客。房間亦十分乾淨整齊!!

地點離捷運站不遠 爬坡有點累,但這也沒辦法改變 房東人很好 飯店有一些些潮濕的味道 最重要的是價格算便宜

Very convenient as it sits in the heart of key district though you need to climb up a small hill. The room is clean and nice. It could reach to 5-star if you are lucky to have a not-so-loudy neighbours. Boss and staff are very friendly indeed.

很好的民宿，服务很好，房间虽然小，但该有的都有，很干净；位置也很好，周围环境比较安静，但走路5分钟就可以到明洞。不过买很多东西的MM需要慎重考虑，因为从明洞地铁站到酒店，虽然路不长，但是都是上坡路，推着拉杆箱都会比较吃力。

The hotel is within 5mins walk from Myeongdong station exit 3. Staff are nice and helpful. Just sound insulation a bit weak. Overall speaking a very value for money guesthouse in Seoul.

店主很好人，很nice. 房間很整潔，地方也足夠，開了兩個大行李箱也有地方走動。 早上可以到lobby弄早餐，有免費提供雞蛋，麵包，咖啡，茶 五分鐘步行到明洞購物區exit3 全部都很好，下次一定會再入住
