Friendly, helpful & efficient front desk staff. Will be happier if there were bottled water & hotpot available. Showering & shampooing experiences would be better if there was a full shower curtain instead of the half curtain.

特别崩溃德一次入住体验，完全颠覆了对巴塞罗纳的好感！客人订房靠的是啥，不就是网站提供的房间图片和具体信息吗？可笑的是，当你千辛万苦找到酒店，拿到的房间根本货不对版，酒店的人还两手一摊，我们没有图片上的房间，你是啥心情？我订的的70平，2间卧室，还有一个大大阳台的套房，拿到的却是两张床挤在一间房间里的所谓的套房，这间房最多40平了，说好的阳台的？我用大套房的钱住了小房间，怎么可以？找他们理论一下午，说是没有任何房间了，提供2天免费的早餐算是赔偿，什么鬼！这种欺骗性质的酒店早该灭了，还顶着万豪的名头，丢人啊！而且房间设施极差，没有地漏，洗个澡，水都流到对门别人家去了，无语啊！在巴塞罗纳2天，什么心情都没有！找好订网投诉，5个工作日又5个工作日，遥遥无期的感觉！反正这家酒店及其烂，一群骗子，千万别住！

Good hotel but 20mins on metro to la rambla. Not an issue for us as the station very close.

1) Property interior including the room cleanliness was 4.5.. and this is a high mark my spouse is a germ a phobic expected everything squeaky clean and she’s very picky. 2) The staff were very professional and attentive. 3) Now location was not ideal, was tucked between two other buildings same size so property has no view and no grand view one expects of a Marriott. property.

Not downtown, but a very good option with a short cab ride.

Really enjoyed staying at AC hotel. The location was brilliant, walkable to the metro and really safe area. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

I was billed twice the restaurant and the parking lot went from 13 € to 30€... Accent problems? Maybe but not fitting to a 4 stars reception. Beware of billings! Better put on paper before use any amenities...

Had a good stay overall at AC Hotel Victoria Suites in Barcelona. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was check-in, which was quite slow. There was a thunderstorm approaching, and many guests were arriving at once, but unfortunately, only one staff member was handling check-ins, which caused a noticeable delay. That said, once we were settled, everything else was smooth. Would stay again, but the check-in process could definitely use more support during busy times.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was charming with great ambience. Helped us book hop on hop off tour directly with them, and bus stop was a 2min walk from hotel.
