Apartment entspricht absolut nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern! Es ist schäbig und abgewohnt! Das Sofa ist dreckig und absolut durchgesessen! Nie wieder AinB!!!!!!

I didn’t like the fact that there is only one ac and is not in the room. They don’t specify that in the booking. There is ac only in the living room.

Always a great stay any issues sorted staff great location rxcellrnt. I always try and stay here when i go to barcelona

Struttura molto bella e pulitissima. Non si è vicinissimi al centro ma è comodissima x i mezzi pubblici. L'unica pecca è che x il Check-in al numero di assistenza non parlano italiano ma nonostante la difficoltà nel capirsi sono stati efficenti. Io ci ritorno!

Tuvimos la mejor experiencia durante nuestra estancia, hermosa propiedad con excelente ubicacion y acceso a todo, los servicios, equipamiento y mobiliario impecables. La limpieza tambien. El propietario siempre atentos de cualquier solicitud o duda. Muy recomenable sin duda volveremos.

Non c’era il letto matrimoniale ma due queen messi vicini quindi con il buco in mezzo In generale condizioni un po’ trascurate, al piano basso e molto rumore di notte degli altri inquilini della struttura

Nuestra experiencia fue terrible. El apartamento muy descuidado y sucios. Muchas cucarachas y un aire acondicionado de 12 btu para un apartamento de 2 habitaciones (necesitan mantenimiento, no enfrían) La ducha sin puertas (se moja todo el baño) NO LO RECOMIENDO! My experience here was awful. Te apartment was very dirty, we saw at least 8 cockroaches and there is an air conditioner of 12 btu for a 2 bedrooms apartment ( it needs maintenance because it doesn’t cool ), the shower doesn’t have doors and the bathroom gets all wet. I DONT RECOMMEND IT

Cockroaches, flies and inconsiderate guests in other flats. We did not sleep during our 4-night stay.

The flat is well situated but the kichen is sparsely equipped in terms of utensils etc. No bottle opener or corkscrew for example. In bathroom 3 small body washes for 5 people. Aircon is in lounge and so does not reach rooms. Noisy from other flats. For the money paid not great value.

La propiedad está cerca a la estación de trenes Sants y no tan lejos de paseo de Gracia (20 minutos a pie), sin embargo hay mucho ruido por las noches de los demás inquilinos y necesita renovar y dar mantenimiento.

the bed sport was broken and NO BODY COULD SLEEP OVER, THE TOILET LOOSE, WE couldn't USE IT. THEY SHOW PICTURES different TO THE APT. VERY POOR, I NEVER recommend THIS AINB APTS.

Liked how the property was easily accessible and was close to local supermarkets. The cleanliness could be improved as we saw cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen.

La propiedad está céntrica si estás por la zona de la estación Sants y plaza de España. Y estás a unos 20 minutos a pie a paseo de Gracia. La propiedad necesita algo renovación y lo que sí es un tema es el ruido por las noches, ya que varios de los pisos los rentan a jóvenes que llegan haciendo ruido por las madrugadas.

Jättebra. Bra läge och affärer och restauranger nära inpå. Krogen precis bredvid porten har supergod mat. Bra kommunikation med AinB med snabba svar. Vi fick lämna in våra väskor flera timmar innan incheckning. Tack, rekommenderar!

The front door slams very loudly like an explosion every time someone comes in or out. You can hear and feel the walls shake inside the apartment. And the walls are so thin you can hear and practically have a conversation across the wall especially from the first bedroom that shares a wall with the next unit. Hard to sleep and hard to even think. Will not be staying at this or other units. The location though is superb. Can walk to two metro lines and many bars and cafeterias. But if sleep is important look elsewhere.

There was NO shower door in the bathroom and the hot water was not regulated in the building. You could hear all the noise in the building.

Lo que muetran en la pagina, no es lo que te encuentras en la propiedad. Tienen que cambiar los muebles. Las condiciones no son buenas. Deben de poner a un personal en la recepcion. Ya que hay mucho ruido, demasido bullisio desde la 1am hasta la 6am. Deben de controlar los gritos, las broncas dentro de la propiedad. El edificio esta muy sucio y la propiedad en muy malas condiciones para lo que cobran. $267 la noche. Yo no lo recomiendo.

Lots of maintenance is needed. Saw a cockroach in the washroom.

Departamento muy limpio y cómodo.
