Ótimo apartamento, muito proximo ao centro de barcelona e metrô, e mesmo assim está num local silencioso. O apartamento é bem amplo, funcional e foi perfeito para minha família com 2 filhos pequenos. O sofa cama é ótimo, ao abrir vira praticamente 2 camas de solteiro. Ele é bem equipado, caso deseje fazer refeicões nele. Apesar de nao ter recepcao 24h, a ótima comunicacao torna isso dispensavel, onde o checkin foi feito sem nenhuma dificuldade, e o sistema de entrada no predio e no andar é bem seguro. O único porém e ter que levar o lixo diretamente para a rua pelos próprios hospedes.

Ideal spot for our family of four, including 2 teens. Very clean, spacious and walkable to Las Ramblas and other sites. Several dining options nearby. Staff was very communicative and so helpful! We accidentally locked our safe without setting the new code and they responded immediately to assist. Highly recommend.

Excellent location with access to public transportation.
The apartment is comfortable but appliances are getting old. If you use the washer make sure you have extra clothes since your clothes in the washer might get stuck before someone comes to open it and take your clothes out. The safe box was not functional neither and has not been repaired when asked for it.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
Good experience overall except the frustration with washer and safe box.
