The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nice clean apartment and housekeeping was available. A few minutes walk from the beach and shops were nearby too.

Das Apartment war heruntergekommen und als Zudecke gab es nur ein dünnes Laken. Wir haben uns in unseren Klamotten ins Bett gelegt damit wir nicht frieren mussten. Die Küche war funktional. Leider ohne Müslischalen und Kaffeefilter. Die Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tisch war voll mit Laub und schmutzig. Wir haben dann selbst alles abgekehrt und den Tisch abgewischt. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zwei Nächte gebucht haben. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ich war jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Hotel, aber das war definitiv das letzte Mal.
Das Zimmer auf der -1 Ebene war überall voller Schimmel an den Wänden. Außerdem war die Dusche komplett kaputt. Die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen und man setzte das ganze Bad (2qm groß) unter Wasser. Es gab keine Lüftung, dort war auch überall Schimmel und die Halterung für den Duschkopf geschweige denn das warme Wasser haben nicht funktioniert.
Der Kühlschrank war ein Witz, im vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern und auch die küchenausstattung wird von Mal zu Mal beschissener.
Die Tür zur Terrasse ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, meine Mutter hat die nie aufbekommen und selbst ich hatte Schwierigkeiten.
Was schön war, uns kamen täglich Katzen besuchen da wir direkt auf der Ebene unsere Terrasse hatten, das bedeutet jedoch auch: auf der Terrasse: keine Abschirmung von Zimmernacjbarn, viel dreck durch die ganzen Bäume, Ameisen etc und MÜCKEN. Eine Plage und nur durch den Gang in die Apotheke aushaltbar.
Wenn ihr das Hotel bucht, bucht ein Zimmer ab Etage 2!
Für mich war es das letzte Mal, schade!

Great stay, enjoyed the location. Pool was nice and a shop in the reception area. Roberto was great at check in late at night. Very welcoming and helpful. Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow.

Habe mich spontan entschieden ein paar Tage von der Insel aus zu arbeiten und daher eine Unterkunft gesucht die meine Anforderungen und besonders eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung bietet. Grundsätzlich ist mir Ruhe wichtig und diese ist zumindest von außerhalb gegeben. Innerhalb des Gebäudes sieht es allerdings anders aus. Super super dünne Wände. Es war absolute lowseason und kurz vor Winterpause. Dementsprechend war es nicht sehr voll im Hotel.
Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für den Preis akzeptabel. Ob ich wieder komme muss ich noch mal überlegen, da die dünnen Wände wirklich extrem sind.

There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat.

Wir waren zu 5. und fanden es super, dass wir ein Appartment mit zwei Zimmern buchen konnten. Das Laken als 5. Decke war unserer Meinung nach zu wenig, aber es gab Sofadecken im Schrank, die genutzt wurde, so hat es gepasst.
Negativ: Es gab leider keine Gewürze und keinen Sieb für die Nudeln, außerdem mussten wir den Müll selber wegbringen.
Die Wände waren außerdem recht dünn, man konnte sich mit den Leuten im Nebenzimmer unterhalten.
Gut: Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der öffentliche Müll war sehr nah, es gab immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der frei war, am Pool waren immer liegen frei.
Sehr nah (ca 8min zu Fuß) zum Bierkönig.

Hôtel correct malgré beaucoup de choses cassées dans la chambre. Le vrai problème vient de l’isolation phonique et des touristes allemands irrespectueux faisant la fête de jour comme de nuit autour de la piscine ou dans leur chambre. Impossible donc de venir ici pour se détendre ou simplement pour essayer de dormir (le comble pour un hôtel). Face à ces nuisances le personnel est incapable de faire quoique ce soit, et prétend que c’est la première fois que cela arrive (contrairement à ce que témoignent déjà de nombreux commentaires !)
