Extremely dated interior. Staff barely speak a word english. Would not go again

It was lovely place nice and quiet and very close to the main town easy access to everywhere

We had a lovely time very tranquil and peaceful ,the apartment a bit dated but very clean also cooking utensils ,the pool area was spotless .the shower only lasts about 5 minutes very hot but by turning the pressure down run more cold water in lasts longer ,towels changed regular .short walk to the shops and strip .At all times make sure you lock the door when sleeping even though there is no AC and when you go out ,the Wi Fi can be a bit of hit and miss .all in all it’s a lovely little complex and would definitely go back . Not far from the airport.

TV hat Störungen gehabt. Im Bad an der Decke löste sich der Anstrich. Einrichtung ist schon in "die Jahre gekommen". Kommunikation auf deutsch war nicht möglich. Personal war trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage hat einen schönen Pool. Check-in und Check-out haben gut funktioniert. Jede Menge Kneipen und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

It was very clean tidy and the Lady who run the place was very nice if we had a problem we could go and see her and it would be sorted the property was a walk from the main strip which was very handy and we will stay there again

I was concerned about different reviews in the internet about burglaries happening in the hotel, however I found it to be VERY SAFE. with bars in the windows, and an alarm system at the apartment's door. Didn't have any issue regarding that. The place is centrally located, easy parking, very clean, very quiet with a delightful swimming pool (although a bit deep, you must know how to swim). Pros: - location, quietness, clean, safe. Cons: You need to pay for the safe key. Also might get very hot at night and there's no fan or AC.

Helpful reception member of staff. Thorough cleaning undertaken regularly. Close to all amenities & only a 2 minute walk to the sea front. Overall, very good value for a winter break

Great value, good location, communication regarding booking and access very good.

Die Einrichtung war alt und abgenutzt. Die Kissen von Sofa und Sessel waren sogar speckig, sodass wir ein Handtuch untergelegt haben. In der Beschreibung stand, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden sei, in unserem Appartement war aber keine. In einigen anderen, wie wir von Nachbarn erfuhren, aber schon. Die Eingangstür (über die Terrasse) war nach einem kräftigen Regen nur noch unter Kraftaufwand zu schließen und zu öffnen. Als wir das meldeten wurde gesagt, dass sich das bei Sonnenschein wieder gibt. Tat es aber nicht. Das Bett war bequem. Generell war der Reinungsrhythmus undurchsichtig und teils wurde nicht vollständig gereinigt. Ein Beispiel: Der Müllbeutel wurde erneuert, das Bett mit dem deutlich sichtbar schmutzigen Laken aber so belassen, noch nicht mal gemacht, das Trinkgeld wurde mitgenommen.

Great place to stay! Cons: we ordered/preferred 2 SB and received 1 DB, with uncomfortable blanket. There is some wear and tear; the stream in shower was very low. Pros: very cosy apartment, nice area with pool, very pleasant surrounding and city, close to shop and to the beach! Highly recommended.

A long 4 day weekend break for my birthday, accommodation perfect, location perfect, and Carmen extremely helpful will definately recommend and stay again

Location of these apartments is fantastic, 5 mins walk to the main strip & 2 mins to the Spar shop which had fresh crusty rolls every morning. The apartment itself was quite basic but it had everything we needed for the week. We stayed in no.5 which was ground floor & had a terrace but the sun never shone on no.5 from morning till night, all the apartments near us seemed to get some sun at different times during the day & the apartments around the pool had sunshine all day long. We were quite annoyed about this as we couldn't sit out on the terrace to have a coffee or glass of wine as it was always in the shade. We had beautiful weather for the week & so spent a lot of time by the pool but the sun loungers were really hard & uncomfortable as there was no cushions to put on them. Our sheets were never changed for the week. Apartments are quite dated but we knew it was 2 key when we booked it. Overall, we enjoyed our week but we wouldn't return to these apartments unless we could have one near the pool, certainly not no.5!!

It was good location... Very spacious and clean. The pool was very deep make sure you have floats. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for us lanzarote was the coldest it's been in 30 yrs. The apartment was cold and we had to buy a heater. Apart from that it was in a good area with good amenities. I won't return to Lanzarote but that's not a reflection on the apartment.

La verdad que solo estuve para dormir y poco más. Me pareció amplio y a pesar de los años que puede tener no estaba mal. También tiene lavadora que esta muy bien para estancias de más de una semana.

The apartment was excellent for our purposes. It felt safe and the clientele and staff were all friendly. The rooms were a little old fashioned but contained everything we required. They were cleaned regularly and were very comfortable to stay in. I would happily go here again.
