彭內特馬爾公寓飯店

Die Lobby und Aussenbereiche sind sehr schön, das Zimmer hat uns weniger gefallen: Wände und Türen wirkten abgewohnt, die Möbel günstig. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, auch wenn es nur das Comfort-Zimmer mit Gartenblick war. Positiv war die kleine Küche mit Herd und Geschirr. Das Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass die Putzfrau das Zimmer teils offenliess. In der Dusche fiel an einem Abend die Shampoohalterung von der Wand. Kein gestelltes Wasser/Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, keine Minibar. Frühstücksbuffet gut, Abendbuffet mittelmässig. Im Spa an einem Sonntag war es sehr laut – sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene waren lärmend, ohne dass jemand einschritt. Ein anderes Mal wurden wir am Abend fünf Minuten vor Schliessung ausgesprochen unfreundlich aus dem Spa hinausgewiesen – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel völlig unangebracht. Ansonsten war das Spa grandios, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Gym ist einfach, das kostenlose Hotelyoga entsprach eher einem Stretchingkurs; zudem zu wenige und beschädigte Matten. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft und tolle Aussicht – das ist die grösste Stärke des Hotels. Abgesehen von der Spa-Erfahrung war das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Det beste med dette hotellet er utsikten og beliggenheten. Personalet er hyggelig, men kommunikasjon med hotellet om ting som ikke var optimalt var ikke god hvor det var viktigere å bagatellisere vår opplevelse istedenfor å være imøtekommende. Maten helt ok og fint bassengområdet. Lekerom for barn som var reklamert for skuffet veldig, siden alt av ting der inne kostet penger å gjøre, unntatt tegning og se på tv

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und hat einen phantastischen Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Great hotel, with amazing view & good location. Gave it a 4 on comfort because the beds are a little too stiff for my back.

Great views, good amenities for cyclists and we'll located to restaurants and local transport.

All the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean! The pool was big and lots of activities during the day and evening. The beach, restaurants and shops were only a 5 minute walk away. Would defo visit again!

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! There were plenty of activities for children, and we were able to enjoy a fun and memorable stay together as a family.

Alt i alt var opholdet en blanding af fantastiske og mindre gode oplevelser. Det allerbedste ved hotellet var uden tvivl, at man kunne gå direkte ned ad trapperne fra hotellet og helt ned til det smukke, klare lagune-blå vand. Morgenmaden, personalet, udsigten og især den direkte adgang til havet var helt i top, men rengøringen og faciliteterne på værelset kunne bestemt forbedres.

Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Pool opens at 10 after breakfast. No rush for beds. Hotel provide towels. Breakfast had every option you could want from an omelette station to Nutella pancakes. The restaurant at the pool had a range of lunch options with breathtaking views over the bay. Option of adults only pool on the roof. Will definitely return.

A really fabulous holiday! It really exceeded our expectations. Super swift check in, everything explained properly, beautiful surrounding, everything so peaceful in the evenings, no subbed wears, diligent and attentive staff and lifeguard, wide variety of good quality food, loved the picturesque lanterns on tree, lovely staff taking the yoga and water polo. We are planning a trip next year already! Thank you to all the staff at Ponent Mar!

AMAZING! We stayed for 10 nights in the premium studio sea view ! It was such a wonderful room with kitchen ( well equipped), breathtaking view , very clean. Every one ( staff) from front desk, lifeguards, buffet , ect were supper nice and friendly. Food was great, pool was well cleaned every night, fun activities during the day in the pool. Fun games at nights in the common area. Adult only pool on the rooftop was so lovely , great access to the sea. We highly recommend this hotel specially to families with kids. Really good stay. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices like fresh green juice, freshly made omelettes, huge selection of delicious breads. Half board dinner was fine but not as good as breakfast so I gave up and went out a couple of nights. Absolute highlight is the adults only rooftop terrace which was so quiet and peaceful. Also really nice to see a hotel without all the sun beds reserved by 8am, it was very relaxed. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and relaxed and I loved the proximity to Palma Novas bars. Next time, I will pay more for a sea view (no upgrades available when I asked) but all round, a wonderful stay

Wunderschönes Hotel in Top-Lage, sehr sauber, mit traumhaftem Meerblick und superfreundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist lecker, der Spa modern und erholsam. Die beiden Animateurinnen haben sich viel Mühe gegeben – trotzdem wäre ein etwas umfangreicheres Unterhaltungsprogramm für Kinder und Erwachsene schön. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
