Excellent team at the front desk- helpful and welcoming right from the start. Excellent location with easy access to many attractions and activities. Great breakfast. Air conditioning worked well when needed. Room attended to daily and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to the team at Arc La Rambla!

Breakfast was excellent. Jonior Suite was like an apartment with balcony, very spacious. Staff were. extremely helpful and kind. Location was excellent!

The location was excellent! After a 3 night stay, we headed off on a cruise, and this accommodation had us a very short walk to the 3€ cruise shuttle. Also location wise, we were very close to the harbour promenade and the trendy neighbourhood of Gothic Quarter, which was great for wandering and eating out. All in all, we felt very safe, although the location immediately outside the hotel (La Rambla) becomes very seedy late at night. Totally out of control of the hotel is that La Rambla is undergoing a major construction upgrade, and this is taking several years. This was only a minor inconvenience for our stay however, and certainly didn’t interfere with sleep quality. Our room was ok, although very small for Western standards. We had a double bed with only very limited access around the bed, and not much space to lay down suitcases. But there is plenty of hanging space and also a decent safe. All in all, I would stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient location but keep in mind that the front of the street has been dug up and dusty while they fix the ramblas Main Street. Also, you pay for luggage storage on site and there is no bottled water provided. Staff are nice and helpful otherwise and location right next to Plaça Reial is a bonus.

Maybe it's just me but some of the staff weren't very pleasant at times. Everyone has an off day and that's to be expected but some were a little rude at times, for example when the front door didn't open despite my card reading ok and i was told to not touch the door. Nice breakfast provision with a great team in the restaurant, very pleasant and helpful. Let down by the lack of bag storage provision after check out with the only offering being lockers as a extra paid option that were either full or not working when needed and you have to pay for each item per locker..... . Generally and overall though it's a great hotel, primarily for the location on las Ramblas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us some Chocolates and a Card to recognize our Anniversary. Unfortunately the Karoke Bar is their neighbor and they were very loud every night. La Ramblas was also under major renovation so that was an area to avoid.

Centrally located. Great breakfast! Near market,Plenty of restaurant choices.! Unfortunately,there is a bar located on the ground floor and they have introduced karaoke nights which went into the early morning hours……2:30 AM. Since We were on the first floor, it ruined our night’s sleep and that affected our next day in Barcelona.
