It was great, loved the playroom and the staff that worked in Kids Club.

In general, I enjoyed this place. I was travelling alone- to sunbathe and do remote work: Good: - room was big- it was actually 2 full rooms, with a kitchenette, large bathroom (surprisingly small shower), living area, bedroom, second toilet, 2 balconies - the kitchenette was well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. they do not do washing up for you, however I found on the second day there was washing up liquid, sponge, etc. under the sink - multiple sunbathing spots. I didn’t want to be around kids, but there were other, large sunbathing spots in quieter areas where I didn’t see a kid all day - staff are super friendly - lots of bars, restaurants and shops around to get food, drink, etc. Bad: - on a couple of evenings, my balconies were inundated with bugs (large grasshoppers, beetles, etc., but no cockroaches!!) - these bugs did sometimes flock to the sunbathing areas too- not a huge amount, but enough to annoy me - the deadbolt on my door didn’t work. After recent U.K. news, this worried me a little, however I did not have any issues - everything extra you have to pay for- late check out, towels by the pool, etc. I was prepared and had corresponding flight times to check-in/out, but these things would have annoyed me - patchy WiFi. Excellent in my room, but not necessarily in public areas. I could always find WiFi but not always where my preference to sunbathe was - cleaning could be inconsistent

Hotel has a convenient location, room was clean. Can’t tell about the food as we only had accommodation booked. The reception staff was not very attentive but the check in went very quick

Inside the apartment grounds was lovely, we’d been told that it was recently renovated, so took into account there may be slight issues. It was very clean, reception staff were friendly, cool quiet terrace to sunbathe, although some parts of it weren’t finished. The bar on the upper terrace was closed in the day, so if you wanted a drink you had to go down to the pool bar. Think the food at the pool bar was a bit fancy, no cheese toasties here! However, the food we did have was lovely. The entertainment guy around the pool was great, we gave the film/music quiz & bingo a go. The apartment was clean, modern & spacious. Comfy bed. Found the next door apartments balcony a bit too close for comfort, could do with a high divider in between. Housekeeping were great, however, we didn’t feel the need to have the towels changed everyday, but they were changed regardless, which isn’t very eco friendly. Also, one afternoon, I found that they had taken all the towels & not replaced them. Only realised when I was in the shower already! My husband went to reception to see if he could get some replacements & they said they’d send some up. I ended up having to get dried on a pool towel as it took that long for them to replace the towels. The surrounding area is quite rundown; the state of the pavements are terrible around the town. Some investment in this area is needed. An enjoyable stay nonetheless.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff, the complex, the rooms, the cleaning and it is so central to all restaurants etc.. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we were self catering.

Very clean, quirky design, great staff, lovely room cleaned daily, loved the pool area and the roof terrace with great sun beds, loungers etc

Le personnel est agréable et serviable Par contre la chambre a quelques défauts.... La clim fait un bruit d'engin de chantier et ne rafraîchi rien, étant au rez de chaussée nous ne pouvions dormir la fenêtre ouverte car on peut sans problème passer d'une terrasse à l'autre (une personne de 80 ans pourriy arriver) Dans la salle de bain, pas la moindre étagère pour y poser nos affaires N'espérez pas faire autre chose que du réchauffé

Amazing hotel our superior room was beautiful and well equipped for our stay. The hotel has lots of areas to chill out and swimming pool is a good size too, handy for shops bars and restaurants with the beach only a few minutes walk

Clean, modernised hotel with extensive, comfortable outdoor areas. Regular, thorough cleaning of rooms, but stairs need litter removed. Noise level from animation team way too high; no socket for kettle/toaster near kitchen area.

The outside areas are great with something for everyone. You can relax by the pool, or join in the activities. Or you can chill by the roof top bar or on the large sun trap seats around the front (under the large guitar!).

Stunning hotel! Only two months old and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Breakfast is cooked to order - and it’s huge. Beds comfy, drinks ok. Can’t fault it.
