Excellent place to stay for vacation. Pretty quiet.

Sporco, scarafaggi e cibo di bassa qualità. Bella struttura sul mare ed ottima posizione peccato che poi ti ricordi solo degli aspetti negativi.

Hôtel sympathique avec très belle vue sur la mer. Nourriture correcte . Hôtel calme et à taille humaine. Très bon accueil de Fernando, entre autre, qui parle très bien français et donne de bons conseils. Proche des lieux touristiques les plus connus.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Struttura che dà direttamente sull’oceano tenuta molto bene, cosa negativa all inclusive a pranzo pochissima scelta e sempre lo stesso menu facendo 12 giorni dopo tre giorni ti stufi a mangiare le stesse cose anche a pranzo e cena non tantissima scelta , per quanto riguarda i bere anche lì 5 cocktail molto scadenti e sembravano privi di alcol li facevano tramite un distributore

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

Unglaublich nettes Personal!

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich alt und abgewohnt aber sauber. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels hatte man (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) keinen Meerblick vom Bett aus, da das Bett hinter einen halbhohen Mauer war. Die Zimmertüren waren aus dünnem Holz und ohne jegliche Dichtung - dementsprechend war auch die Schallisolierung. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants bei denen man gut Essen kann.

Logement incroyable! Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons pu faire. Une vue incroyable sur la mer. Très accessible niveau parking et près de toutes les curiosités à découvrir. Une mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste Fernando!

We had mixed feelings about our stay. It was okay for all inclusive, the hotel has nice territory with great rocky views, but it's located far from sandy beaches. Daily cleaning is a plus, food was average - the choice is limited for 10 days, we didn't finish our food a few times (meat not fresh/cakes still frozen, too much salt, etc.) Cleanliness is not perfect. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, others were the opposite. We loved a stay at a different place last year, therefore, will not recommend this one.

Magnifique hôtel ! Tout était parfait ! La vue incroyable, le personnel compétent et sympathique, le restaurant super. L'appartement parfait, très spacieux. Piscine grande et chauffée. Hôtel très propre. Je recommande cet établissement.

The hotel is okay, location is pretty good. But the rooms are really basic and unacceptably noisy
