Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location! Lovely place thank you. Would def return!

Wonderful stay for our 30th wedding anniversary. All The staff were great, always met you with a smile and eager to help with whatever you needed. I requested a room change to one that was closer to the central/ pool area and they were able to accommodate that by the next morning. They also were very helpful getting us a reservation on the terrace of La Trattoria ( for our anniversary) even though we asked only the day before. Spent 8 nights. All aspects of this stay were definitely 5 star. Definitely recommend this hotel

The Bahía is quite a site! It’s huge and I would certainly suggest not going if you have mobility problems, although they run buggy shuttles on demand. It reminded me of Disney Land to be honest. We found it quite overwhelming on arrival. We found the hotel ok. The room was on the small side, but was spotlessly clean, and the sea view was at best a partial sea view. Still, not bad. There were multiple swimming pools and the grounds are lovely. Also, universally excellent staff! Always helpful and seemingly cheerful! They must be exhausted at the end of the day because Bahía seems to attract a lot of very ‘entitled’ types! Our main issue was with the dining options. A really good quality buffet would have been preferable for us. Instead, there are series of a la carte restaurants, which are ok, but it’s a bit much having to make sure you’ve booked in to be able to eat. We saw several people turned away. The Italian Trattoria was very good, Alesios was nice, and Upalupa improved over our 3 visits. But it was a pain to organise. Worse though was the breakfast arrangement. This was a Buffett, but never a pleasant experience. It was always heaving and felt chaotic and just not relaxing. The way the buffet was laid out didn’t to my mind work with the numbers of people trying to get to them. We did the bare minimum and left as quickly as we could. Usually queues to get in as well. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Array of restaurants is impressive. The beds are comfortable and the food was very good. The wines are a bit overpriced but the staff were welcoming and attentive

Beautiful hotel. Large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, amazing salt water pools, beautiful gardens. I travel with a service dog, and had no issues. Lots of dining options. El Duque beach is clear water, safe to swim. Simply perfect overall.

Bahia del Duque is a lovely resort , myself and my daughter went for two weeks and were stressed from work /uni and came out smiling and just sad our holiday came to an end. All the staff is very nice and friendly and we felt secure and looked after . the boys/men in the bar and in the restaurant they are young positive and happy to get you anything you need. Club house and reception were very professional, responded in timely manner and very friendly. I have to say a big thank you to Jacobo , the hotel manager who helped us so much when my daughter almost fainted from heat exhaustion and a worrying side pain. He helped us go up in the room , called the doctor waited with us until all was fine he translated when the doctor came and even gave us his number so we can call him at any time in case of any emergency. Myself and my daughter were so grateful for all that he did!! In actual fact any time we wanted anything by a miracle he was just there resolving in an instant whatever we needed. I have to also thank the the staff tending the swimming pools and the bar team as they were always attentive and ensuring we have everything we needed . Room cleaning was spotless and you notice the attention to details. It was no pressure on when you make the room available for cleaning . Thank you to all the team at Bahia del Duque !!!

Personal in der ganzen Anlage sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Rezeption perfekt von A - Z . Zimmer komfortabel , Poollandschaft sehr ansprechend. Frühstücksbuffet fantastisch, genau wie das Essen in den Restaurants

Wonderful hotel right on the nicest beach in Southern Tenerife. Beautiful pools, very attentive staff who were very polite and friendly and the hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje with lots of quality restaurants and shops within easy walking distance along the beautiful sea promenade. Highly recommend a stay here.

Extraordinaria experiencia en el Hotel Gran Bahía del Duque! Todo lo que debe tener un hotel 5 estrellas y más. Desde la gran variedad gastronòmica y el gran servicio hasta las actividades para adultos y pequeños que tienen entretenido a todo el mundo. Volveremos.

The hotel buildings were very beautiful and were built like a old spanish village.

Excelente! Como en todos los viajes, siempre puede haber alguna incidencia, ellos siempre resuelven las cosas superando las expectativas, aunque a veces les perjudique. Merece la pena pagar de más cuando tienes la tranquilidad de que trabajan con la excelencia en mente. No es un hotel, te hospedan, te agasajan, y te tratan como su huésped más esperado. Como siempre que nos alojamos.. un 10 de hotel.

Paid for garden view, got view of back of a building. Offered to move us twice but rooms weren’t really better. Construction adjacent to our room all day. Great staff and food, facilities also good but far too many scattered buildings which end up ruining a lot of views etc. Management were poor in their response. Far better hotels in the same price range.

Amazing hotel, very quiet, well maintained and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
