航海艾本索 BG 飯店

酒店干净整洁,交通便利，邻近博萨海滩。但有位前台很不靠谱，答应我们在临走赶飞机那天提前开早饭，但结果---

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

Nice view, room okay. Room for breakfast super boring

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the assistants, I booked a double room, I received 2 single beds which was very uncomfortable for my stay, unfriendly staff, they did not help at all, it was a negative experience.

The amenities were excellent complimented by the food. The only hiccup was the bed/room situation where I thought there would be a bed and couch instead of just 1 bed.. This is a great place for a family trip, solo, and a romantic getaway….

Air conditioning in the rooms needs updating

Located walking distance from shopping and the cathedral. Accessible by a single bus from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi, very conveniently located. Staff is good, facilities are beautiful. Great restaurant on the roof and the pool was really nice!

Good situation overlooking the bay

Nautico Ebeso is a small and really nice hotel, the staff was very friendly in every part of the hotel. The sun deck and the pool and especially the lounge area very comfortable and cosy.

So clean everywhere

Excellently located next to the sea. Nice view. Beds comfortable. Air condition worked well and quite silent. Rooms rather small for two people. Not nice: fridge much too powerless, nothing inside got really cold :-( Not nice as well: Bar opening time till 00.30h, but staff asks often to leave already at midnight. Breaktfast: good variety of foods and drinks, but some quality issues: scrambled eggs without any taste, seems not to be made freshly, orange juice smells like coloured water. Both are essential for a good beeakfast from my point of view. Sunbeds comfortable with cool sea view. „Pool“ rather small, good for refreshing but not to swim. Staff friendly. Hotel, outside area and rooms very clean. Interior modern and stylish.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen an der Promenade eines tollen Strandes. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig. Mein Zimmer und das Hotel waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas zuvorkommender sein.

The hotel was clean, well located, and matched the description perfectly. The proximity to the beach and many great restaurants made everything easy and enjoyable. What really made the difference was the staff everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Ibiza feel easy and warm. A very good stay would definitely come back
