I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The interior of the main block of the hotel (there are 3) is stylish and welcoming with high end furnishings, a cool boutique and lots of areas to sit and relax. Neni restaurant (outside and inside) is also well laid out and the quality of food and drink is high. Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea so never an issue to find somewhere to relax. I didn't particularly like the rooms. We were in the green Cliff House in a seaside plus room. The first room we were given on the 4th floor was dark, pokey, not large as hoped (or as paid for!) and smelt REALLY bad. The lifts were also out of order in that block and I got the impression had been for quite some time. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We were also only made aware of the lift fault upon check in. Had someone had mobility issues of any kind, this would have been a huge issue. We complained about the room and were told we could move when another room became available 2 days later. Our 2nd room was in the same block but on the 1st floor - Brighter and larger, but still very much an old hotel room with a lick of paint feel. Another gripe was with the lack of service. Not rude, just an attitude of not really caring by the staff - Glasses lay about on tables for hours, and also there didn't seem to be much care for guests. or no personal touch. At £300 per night for bed & breakfast, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

On a hotel in this price range I would expect more. On the website it says that rental bikes are included. But we couldn’t get any because it was to late to book them, it was 17.50 in the afternoon in August? The plan was to take the bikes and have a picnic, but no! The room was located on the third floor in an annex where the elevator didn’t work and nobody offered any help with our suitcases. The room was okay but nothing in the minibar and this being the annex without an elevator it was not like you just run down for a glass of wine or a beer. If you wanted water in the room you also had to go down to the bar and fill up a bottle with water at a water station. A bottle was supposed to be in the room but that was missing. At the pool area there was no service at the sunbeds. So ordering drinks ment going to the bar and when I ordered an espresso I got it in a paper cup. When trying to get some food we were told that the restaurant was fully booked so we walked 30min to a restaurant. Overall I think that they could do much better and no when we have tried it for 530euros a night I would not recommend it.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Mallorca and, unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The property is expensive for what it offers: essentially a simple hotel with nice decoration. Breakfast was very good, but the service was among the worst I have ever seen. Staff seemed poorly trained and often unpleasant. The parking situation was frustrating. Each time we wanted to leave, we had to call reception to open the gate, but frequently no one was there to answer. We were left waiting 5–10 minutes on several occasions, which is unacceptable for guests. The restaurant episode was even more disappointing. On our second night, at 8:30 pm, we asked at reception if we could dine there. The receptionist replied, in a rude tone, that it wasn’t our lucky day because the restaurant was “completely full.” As paying guests, we expected at least some effort to accommodate us, especially with hours still left until closing. When I insisted politely, she responded with sarcasm, suggesting we should “make a reservation next time.” This lack of professionalism and hospitality left us shocked. Overall, the hotel feels overpriced and does not deliver the service expected for the rate. On top of that, the area is crowded with families and children, making it less suitable for couples seeking a quiet holiday. Beaches nearby were overcrowded, adding to the disappointment. Room was clean. No mini bar in the room. View was great but the breakfast staff and staff in general really struggle to ever smile, they always seem unhappy being there unless they are speaking to a guest who speaks their language. Sometimes you say hola and smile and you get no response. The breakfasts is very poor compared to other near by hotels, no hot option at all! Eggs cold, omelette cold, hash browns cold, sausages cold (every day). And the coffee is of poor quality. It’s very difficult to get the waiters attention as they always huddle together and don’t keep there attention on the guests, many times I had to get up and go and ask for another drink or to order my dinner. Poor training from management who were also very miserable. The only saving grace is the room decor and the incredibly lovely house keeping team who are always smiling, saying hello when they see you. and of course the view, but you can get that in any nice hotel here.

Jeg synes dette stedet var bra. Jeg var der i 3 uker. De har god frokost, men kunne kanskje vurdert frokost tid booking? Utsikten her er veldig bra og hagen til hotellet er veldig fin. Området rundt hotellet er rolig

Parkering på en grusplads, men en kæmpe bunke grus der nær ødelagde folks lejebiler. Da man gjorde hotellet opmærksomt på det, var de ligeglade.

The property itself was lovely and the staff seemed kind. My only major drawback was the absolute rock hard bed which was nearly impossible to get comfortable on. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular, but other food access throughout the day was super limited. Overall, it’s a lovely place, but I believe it was too expensive for the amenities and services rendered.

Food is excellent! Area is fantastic, quieter than other places in Mallorca. 5 minutes walk from Es Trenc beach which is a dream! The hotel areas are very well designed! Highly recommend! I would only make the A/C slightly powerful in the rooms but I understand the days we were there were particularly hot!

Das Frühstück ist nicht in der gewohnten Qualität von den Bikini Hotels, wirkt als Standard. Die Betten sind unbequem. Die Zimmerausstattung erinnert an gute 70er Jahre Hotels. Die Poollandschaft hat genügend liegen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar.

Toller Check-in, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Pool und Meer immer da - was will man mehr. Das angeschlossene NENI ist immer zu empfehlen, das Frühstück levantinisch geprägt und vielseitig. Die Betten sind recht hoch, aber angenehm.

It’s a cute hotel, very Instagram. It’s actually some distance from Palma so taxis were hard to come by and the taxi to and from the airport is pricey. It’s small, the rooms are small and bottled water isn’t replaced and cups and glasses aren’t cleared from the room. No beach service for drinks or food. The restaurant is lovely but expensive. But it’s a very cute location and the staff were very efficient.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen Das Bikini Island Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Innenausstattung und einzigartigem Flair. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – besonders der Blick von den Liegen aufs Wasser ist ein Highlight. Auch wenn der Außenbereich noch etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein könnte, lädt er definitiv zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war eines unserer Highlights: sehr umfangreich, mit frischem Orangensaft, leckerem Kaffee und auf Wunsch einem frisch zubereiteten Omelette – wirklich top! Unser Zimmer im “grünen Haus”, einem separaten Gebäude auf dem Hotelgelände, war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein Auto ist vor Ort definitiv empfehlenswert. In der Nähe gibt es zwar einige Restaurants, Shoppingläden und auch das bekannte Es Tren-Salz, aber für mehr Flexibilität lohnt sich ein Mietwagen. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Hotel-Parkplatz – dieser ist allerdings nicht befestigt, sondern besteht aus Sandhügeln, Baumwurzeln und unebenem Untergrund. Wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, kann die Parkplatzsuche etwas mühsam werden. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für das hoteleigene Restaurant. Leider konnten uns weder das Essen noch der Service überzeugen, weshalb wir abends lieber auswärts gegessen haben. Dafür ist die Umgebung aber perfekt! Zudem kann man sich schön auf die Felsen direkt am Meer setzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!
