BirdHouse Valencia

The hostel itself is an old building and has a lot of charm to it. It's close to a bus station that goes directly to the train station. Lots of supermarket and restaurants nearby.

This place was very cozy, felt nice to have a kitchen to cook and we also had a good communication with the people working there. I would call this place a hostel rather than hotel because the only thing that you don’t share is your room. The terrace had different opening hours which was a bit weird. Bus connections outside of the door every 10 minutes, the metro was also close so as a lot of grocery stores and other shopping places. I would say it was quite clean but it all depends on the other people living there at the same time as you. We had our room next to the street so it was a bit noisy so if you are sensitive to that bring earplugs. Overall we are happy with our stay there according to the price and location. Only thing I would complain about this hostel is the maintenance of it. :)

Fint och varsamt renoverat men kanske inte helt klart överallt. Hade två olika rum under min vistelse (första bokad via min arbetsgivare). Första rummet var inte lika färdigt som det andra. Bra med tillgång till kök. Fanns även en uteplats som dock inte alltid var tillgänglig när jag ville sitta där. Lite svårt med kommunikationen med receptionen. Fick svar men lite sent. Men kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka.

When we arrived we found a room that smelled like a cesspool. The entire 2nd floor smelled like that. Aweful!! Our room had not been cleaned. The shower was covered with long black hair, so was the sink. I'm not sure if the bed sheets were fresh... I was able to reach a contact person by phone who wanted to send a cleaning lady to get the job done. But nobody met us that day to help us out. It was a horrible night! The worst about it was that odor. But the house is also extreme poorly soundproofed. The next morning a cleaning lady contacted us in the room. She seemed to be embarrassed by the state of the bathroom. She left us some room fragrance against the bad odor. The door stopper just lies on the floor, not screwed in anymore. The towel rack in the bathroom ist about to fall from the wall as the screws are not solid in the wall. The room just looks like the renovation has never been finished. There is an old stone sink with a faucet right next to the bed. It's not active anymore but the faucet has just been covered in tape; maybe to show that it's not to be used? The floor is raw stone and there is a filthy rug in front auf the bed. During 5 days that we stayed there the trash bins have never been emptied. And the bad smell keeps coming back. We liked where the place is located. Easy to get there by Metro from the airport. Many coffee places around.

Ubicación buena. Limpieza el día de ingreso, el resto no tocarlo. Sin agua caliente para ducharte el segundo día, el tercero en el piso superior en duchas compartidas.

Un bon hôtel au plein centre ville, pas loin de station de métro et de bus, vous pouvez prendre une ligne de métro directe pour aller à l'aéroport

Extremely loud traffic in the morning. Elevator was broken the entire time. Room floor was stained and not clean. A floor tile was cracked and moved when stepped on. Air conditioning did not work. Not recommended.

Struttura vecchia , arredamento minimal la stanza aveva solo una presa. Ci hanno consegnato la stanza con una sola asciugamano. Sin dall’ingresso emergeva una forte puzza di fognatura… in considerazione del prezzo pagato non consiglio assolutamente tale soggiorno

Mooie kamer, leuke spaanse tegeltjes. De douche is niet apart met een deur ertussen dus als je van privacy houdt dan is dat niet fijn. Handdoeken worden 1x per verblijf gegeven, als je nieuwe wilt hebben kost het 2,-. Leuk en groot dakterras en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een keuken en tafeltjes waar je je eigen dingen kan eten kunt eten/drinken. Locatie ook goed en vriendelijk personeel.

Zimmer sind den Preis nicht wert , trotz geschlossen Fenster sehr laut Handtücher bekam man erst auf Nachfrage Bettdecke auch erst auf Nachfrage Fernseher sollte jeder Unterkunft haben Bad muss dringend saniert werden dreckige Fliesen

メスタージャに近く、サッカー観戦後も安心してホテルに戻れました。

Nice common area with kitchen, comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at BirdHouse! It was very clean and we felt safe. The day we checked out they allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day and to use the common areas. I would definitely stay here again

Nuestra experiencia en Bird House ha sido maravillosa. Si te gustan los hostels este es tu sitio. Baños disponibles y limpios todo el día, al igual que la cocina. Podrás conocer a gente de otros lugares y compartir espacio con ellos. Las limpiadoras muy agradables. Laura es un encanto, la mejor. Birdhouse simplemente increíble, repetiremos sin duda.

Fint område och hus. Dessvärre fanns det några små detaljer med rummen som inte var i toppskick. Duschhuvudet var inte fastskruvat i vägen ordentlig så det gled ner och sprutade överallt. Dessutom var rummet bara kylt till 27 grader vilket gjorde att det var väldigt svårt att vistas i på dagen. Inte direkt bekvämt
