Ez a 2.hotelünk itt El Arenalban, így már be tudtam mérni, mi merre várható.
Nagyon jó helyen volt, az utca végén a strand. A közelben üzletek, éttermek.
A reptéri busz is közel van (A2 a 490-es megállóban 5 euróért),Mercadona a szomszéd utcában.
A szoba tiszta, takarítás minden nap és a törölközőt is cserélték.
Nyitott szekrény van,az ágy kényelmes, légkondi ingyenes és intenzív. A széf fizetős volt sajnos. Plédet nem találtam, 1 éjszaka hiányoltam. Biztosan adtak volna, de nem kértem, egyre melegebb lett.
A zuhanynál tusfürdő, meleg víz mindig volt.
Az egész hotel tiszta, a fertőtlenítésre nagyon odafigyelnek.
Reggelink volt befizetve. Minden nap ugyanaz kis variálással,de ez minket nem zavart.Hogy ne legyen tumultus, 4 turnus volt, mi (1-es )7:30-8:15-ig mehettünk.
Fontos a WiFi kérdése. Tökéletesen működött! Bejelentkezésnél 0 és azután a szobaszám.
A recepción kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak mindenben.
A lenti medence tiszta, de csak nyugágyak voltak, napernyő nincs.
A fenti medence is hangulatos, a kilátás csodálatos, de mindig teli volt.
Teljesen elégedettek voltunk az 1 hét alatt.
Ami gondot jelentett, de nem a hotel hibája,az a szomszédos kinti étterem- kocsma. Sokáig nyitva van és nagyon hangos.
Akárcsak a fiatalok, akiknél a jó hangulatot megalapozta az alkohol, emiatt még hajnali 3 után is az erkélyeken keresztül üvöltöztek a szobák között. De a füldugó csodákra képes.
Amit hiányoltam.....hűtőt szívesen béreltünk volna, és a napernyő a medencénél.

I did not find the reception lady very welcoming, next day staff was awesome in comparison. Very clean room, however would not recommend for all inclusive experience type of holiday, as B&B it is great.

Das Hotel ist okay aber mehr auch nicht.
Personal ist super nett.
Sauberkeit ist zu wünschen, leider mit vielen langen haaren im Bett obwohl es gereinigt wurde.
Das Essen ist eintönig und fische lastig , als Veganer oder Veganer hatt man nicht viel Auswahl.
Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist in die Tage gekommen.
Zum nur schlafen ist es vollkommen ok

The sky bar was great and view was amazing. The bar did not open on time ja employee there was not a customer service person, he wasn’t even there. The others employee were friendly ja the service was good. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel was otherwise clean. Lifequard
was attentive in his work and took care of the cleanlines. Food was good, sometimes it was lukewarm. Location was excellend. Breakfast could have more fresh fruits. It was sad to see how some one of the hotels customers hoarded food ja left it uneaten. Our room was on the eight floor and the balcony sloped toward the street so it didn’t feel save. I could come to the hotel again. See you.

God beliggenhed. Altanerne var ikke noget man ønsker at opholde sig på, da man sidder og kigger direkte ind til naboværelset. Undgå all inclusive, da man kun må få 3 genstande alkohol til hvert måltid. Ellers er det betaling. Hotellet ligger dog godt med kort gå afstand til stranden og i et mere roligt område. Mulighed for at leje bil og parkere gratis i området. Kort afstand til lufthavnen er virkelig lækkert! Maden var ok men ikke noget at råbe hurra for.
Det ligger lige ned til en skole, så forvent larm i dagstimerne.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Snacks seemed to be leftover from breakfast which was a bit unusual as I thought it would be actual snacks. If that could be improved that would be great. But anything else was perfect. Especially the cleaners the lady who cleaned our room she was an amazing hard worker and made sure our room was perfectly tidy. She deserves a promotion.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't know how it can be considered a hotel, much less a 3 star hotel...for starters it has no mini bar or smoke sensor and this is a mandatory requirement for a 3 star hotel. Location is horrible, installation is deplorable. To begin with, we entered the room and the floor, furniture and doors were all rotten, then we realized why? as soon as I took a shower the room was all flooded. I explained the situation to the reception manager and quickly realized that it was a recurring situation and asked to change rooms, which was not possible. The solution was to send a gentleman from cleaning with a mop and lots of towels to dry the floor.... The door to the room's entrance has a huge gap between the floor, a finger can fit through it, so as you can probably guess, that insulation is horrible. You can hear everything, really everything. Of the two elevators, only one was working for the entire hotel, so we had to wait a long time, then the easiest option was to go down and up 5 floors by stairs ... our reservation included breakfast that always started at 7:30, and we asked if it was possible to prepare a luch box at 7h and they told us yes, and then when we went to pick it up, they said it was no longer possible and we ended up not eating this meal that was paid. The photos do not correspond to reality. The pool is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy!

Jedyny All In w którym alkohol kosztuje, bo musi. Wszystko to przez ograniczenia - max 3 wina/piwa do obiadu i max 3 do kolacji. O tym wszystkim nikt nie pisze, więc warto pamiętać, bo pierwsze wrażenie będzie ciężkie.
Obiekt 5min od pięknej plaży, nieco obok imprezowych miejsc, ale też do nich blisko.
