Great value for money, a simple room but clean & had everything we needed. The animation team were excellent at encouraging my teenage boys to join in & having something to occupy them. Bar & dining room staff all excellent.

Trop bon sejour all incluse en studio . Le mobilier est rustique mais en bon etat . Le menage et les lits sont fais tous les jours . Le buffet est correct avec un thème chaques jours. All inclusive bar classic Valentina est une super barman qui nous a accueilli tout le sejour avec le sourire ! Les piscines sont top , les animateurs et animation sympa . On pourrait revenir sans problèmes !

Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux L’appartement est spacieux climatise avec une terrasse agréable et la literie est confortable. Petits bémols : la Clim de la chambre avait une grosse fuite et le service de maintenance n’est pas venu comme prévu. Lors de la douche on a une variation de température (de très chaud à très froid) en permanence Eau salée à tous les points d’eau donc non potable Rien qui nous a gâché le séjour mais cela demande une adaptation Rapport qualité prix très cohérent

The complex was pretty good but there was a lot of loud groups. We had our clothes and towels stolen from outside our rooms. Rooms were clean and basic. Pool was good.

We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day.

First room had faulty air conditioning but the tan were great and did move us, although Es Bolero rooms very old and dated, both rooms smelled damp and musty. Good location and plenty of free parking available on street.

No kettle in room even though we asked reception they had none in stock as all broke, electrics hanging about in ceiling, dont clean room properly floor was filthy had to get cleaners back in to do it, bedding not changed n towels every 2 days, meals were poor and limited on all inclusive drinks wont be going again

Hotel ligger rigtig godt. Pools er dejlige men i højsæson er der for lidt plads. Alle liggestole er optaget, og skal man have en skal man være oppe tidligt eller komme efter kl. 17. Vi havde værelse B001. Værelset var meget rummeligt og der var en stor terrasse med skygge. Desværre var der mange fugle i træet over og derfor var terrassen fyldt med fugleklatter og meget beskidt. Vi bad pænt receptionen om at gøre rent og det lovede de. Efter 3 timer var det ikke sket og de lovede så at ordne det indenfor 10 minutter. Efter 1 time rykkede vi igen, her var tilbagemeldingen at de ikke ville gøre det fordi den alligevel blev beskidt igen. De gjorde den alligevel overfladisk rent, men jeg måtte selv gøre det ordentligt dagligt, dette er et eksempel på deres service. Der bliver ikke gjort rent på værelset men man får skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder 3 gange ugentligt.

Korzystaliśmy z apartamentów w strefie domkowej. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji pokój z małym salonem, kuchnią łazienką. Stan i wielkość adekwatne do ceny. Niestety w apartamencie pojawiły się mrówki i towarzyszyły nam przez cały czas. Polecam również do zabrania stopery do uszu. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy ale był ok. Mała siłownia była miłym akcentem sportowym. Darmowe wi-fi w całym obiekcie.

Beau complexe, logement suffisamment grand mais aucune insonorisation (ont entendaient le voisin se brosser les dents ) touristes qui se battaient en pleine nuit sans intervention de personne et personnel sense parle français mais en réalité une seule personne et avec difficulté. Buffet à volonté répétitif mais relativement correct
