藍海格蘭塞萬提斯飯店

O hotel tinha tudo para ser muito bom. Os quartos são espaçosos. Porém, precisa de reforma, atualizar os quartos. A internet é ruim. Tive que solicitar toalha todos os dias pois não colocavam. O cafe da manhã é uma gritaria, muita gente. E oferece o básico. Nada de mais. As piscinas sempre cheias de crianças. É um hotel de família, não para quem quer relaxar. E longas espera para o elevador. Como não tinha sinal de wifi no quarto, a TV também não funcionava direito. Talvez um hotel mais em conta, uma pousada, eu teria mais descanso.

Good 1. hotel is near shopping centre, train stations and bus stop 2. There is alot of choices for breakfast and Dinner 3. Staff are very polite 4. Hotel is clean Bad. .1The hotel is outdated, rooms, wardrobe , bed, flooring and bathroom 2. There is no brake on the bed therefore bed is moving when sitting and not comfortable 3. lift take forever to arrived and slow 4. Lift is to small for the hotel trolley for luggage 5. No security, anyone can come to the hotel, we were given identity band but not enough for security for this massive resort. most hotel used room card to use hotel lift and dinning room 5. rooms wall are thin, i can hear other people voice from next door room

El todo incluido es mediocre y la mayoría de las cosas hay que pagarlas aparte,el bufet escaso y de mala calidad. Los ascensores muy lentos y saturados y la piscina demasiado pequeña y masificada. La atención del personal excelente y en limpieza todo impecable. La animación deja bastante que desear.

Muy limpio, personal muy amable, la animación estupenda, la comida muy buena, la ubicación es excelente, cosas a mejorar: el orden el área de la piscina

This is my 5 or 6th time in Cervantes hotel and Always top quality .. very comfortable and convient to all amenities beach , bars , restaurants etc .. the breakfast is plentiful and very varied .. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in torremolinos ..

Great hotel- fab location in the centre of everything, large rooms and pool. Breakfast also great. Sky bar on the roof is also a great addition- will stay agin next year at this hotel!

Restaurant trop bruyant et du choix mais pas terrible

Goed centraal hotel midden in Torremolinos! Badkamer is gedateerd maar hygiënisch schoon! Het hotel is zeer gehorig! De zware houten Spaanse deuren worden vaak met kracht dichtgeslagen! Neem oordoppen mee.

A very basic 4 star hotel. Toiletries minimal. Location excellent for shops and restaurants. Bfast needs upgrading with better offerings. Public spaces excellent. Lifts a nightmare!!!

Molto accogliente, offre numerosi servizi. Le piscine sono molto belle specialmente quella sul tetto dove si gode un bel panorama. Le stanze sono comode Consiglio questo hotel

Generelt et okay hotel. Dog er det meget slidt. Sengenes madrasser er udhulet og bløde. Maden på hotellet består mest af frisure mad, samt meget engelsk præget. Flere steder er der tegn på at der har været vandskader, så møbler og karme er ved at gå til. Personalet er super søde og venlige. Det er ikke deres skyld at opholdet ikke står standarden for hotellet. Udsigten fra hotellet er fin og lokationen er fantastisk midt i gågaden i Torremolinos. Det er nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen med tog eller taxi. Alt i alt et okay hotel men forvent ikke meget af værelset eller maden.

The hotel was excellent and the food was good too. I was badly let down by my shuttle service which never turned up leaving me stranded at the airport . Same thing checking out of the hotel there was no bus to take me back to the airport . I paid for this service so I was very annoyed .
